I bought something for a wedding, but now it's gonna be late. I wish I had checked out reviews before buying from this place. I had to call to find out about the delay, and they didn't tell me ahead of time. I can't even cancel my order, and I have to pay to send it back. They're saying the only way to fix this is for me to go to a store that's 400 miles away, 'cause they can't send it to me.

I bought a laptop from this online store, but it hasn't shown up yet. Even though the tracking says it was received by the postal service, the seller told me they're working with them because it looks like the item got lost. I've been trying to get in touch for an update, but they haven't gotten back to me. Honestly, their customer service is pretty bad - not keeping me in the loop at all.
