Order arrived in 7 days
I was kinda nervous to order because of the bad reviews, but it turned out awesome! My order arrived really fast and the quality is great. They even included a return label, but I won't need it because everything I got is amazing.
Dishes arrived damaged
I just bought some dishes from the store, but when they arrived, they were all broken. It was really disappointing and caused a big problem for me. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't want to help and told me to return the broken dishes for a refund. It didn't make sense to me that I had to deal with returning something so heavy and delicate. I was really let down by the bad service and lack of empathy from Arket.
Recent online purchases
I ordered some stuff online not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, the delivery has been a real letdown. I got a few things in my order, but it's taking forever to get to me. I should've checked out some reviews first, so I would've known about the slow delivery ahead of time.
Wedding order delayed
I bought something for a wedding, but now it's gonna be late. I wish I had checked out reviews before buying from this place. I had to call to find out about the delay, and they didn't tell me ahead of time. I can't even cancel my order, and I have to pay to send it back. They're saying the only way to fix this is for me to go to a store that's 400 miles away, 'cause they can't send it to me.
Recent price increases
I used to love shopping there and always found the stuff I bought to be good quality and fit well. But now I'm pretty ticked off about the higher prices. The Terry Sweatshirt I used to get for a decent price is now way more expensive, and I just can't see why. It's too bad that a cool brand like that is raising their prices so much just to make more money.
Shoddy product received
The product I got was in really bad shape, all messed up and not usable at all. So I called customer service to talk about it, but they said I had to send it back to get my money back. That's not right 'cause no one can use it like this. I think they should've just sent me a new one or gave me my money back without me having to go through the trouble of sending it back. This whole thing was so frustrating and inconvenient.
Black and white t-shirts
So, I was checking out this magazine and saw these two t-shirts that looked really cool, so I decided to buy them online. They came pretty fast, and I didn't have any issues with the delivery or return process, which was good.<br><br>But when I tried them on, I was kinda let down. The material was way too thin, especially the white one - it was see-through! Plus, they were just a straight cut, no shape at all, so they didn't really compliment my body.<br><br>I'm still on the hunt for that perfect t-shirt that hits all the right spots for me!
Coat pockets, poor quality
I bought a coat from this brand and I'm super bummed by how bad it turned out. Even though I paid a lot, the pockets keep ripping and now I can't use them at all. It's so annoying because I keep losing stuff without pockets that work. I've bought from other fast fashion brands before and this coat doesn't even come close in terms of quality.
Slow shipping
I bought something from this store recently and man, the shipping was so slow. I paid extra for shipping and it still took 8 to 10 working days to get my stuff. Meanwhile, other stores like Zara, Birkenstock, John Lewis, and Amazon got me my orders for free the very next day. I tried to speed things up with express shipping, but they said it would still take 2 to 3 days and cost me an extra £10. Can you believe that?
Shoes arrived quickly
I was so freaked out when I ordered my stuff without checking the reviews first, eh! But then, my shoes showed up real quick and in good shape, and I was thrilled! I definitely recommend this place, for sure.
Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought a new pair of shoes from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how it turned out. I was a bit hesitant at first, thinking I might end up disappointed. I was worried the shoes wouldn't show up at all or that they wouldn't look like what I saw online. But lo and behold, the shoes arrived right on time and were exactly how they were pictured on the website. It was a really good deal that I just couldn't pass up. The quality was solid, and I was happy to see that the product matched the photos online. This whole experience showed me that just because something is priced well, doesn't mean it's a scammy product.
Oversized purchase
So, I bought something from this store and man, it was way too big when I got it. So, I decided to send it back right away. But let me tell you, the return process has been a total nightmare. I sent it back weeks ago, and when Royal Mail tried to deliver it the first time, they were told to hold off. Finally, they did end up delivering it, but the customer service team hasn't even recognized that I sent it back or given me a refund. This lack of communication and slow processing has really put me off from shopping here again.
Recent order
What a terrible experience! I ordered my stuff a week ago and it still hasn't shown up. Contacted customer service a few times and they were no help at all, just rude. Kept blaming the weather and telling me to chill out. Other places don't seem to have a problem with deliveries, so why can't they figure it out? I spent a lot of money and got nothing. Definitely not shopping here again.
Bra and knickers
I ordered a bra and panties from an online store not long ago, but they haven't come in yet! I'm starting to get antsy waiting for them. Other online shops send out their stuff real quick, so why's this one taking so darn long? I needed my order before I jet off on vacation, but it's looking like that's not gonna happen. If this is how long it takes to get my stuff, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. It's just not right in this day and age, ya know!
My recent online purchase
I just bought something online and had a problem with the address section. When I got my order confirmation, I noticed that some parts of my address were missing. I called customer service right away to try and fix it, but they said I couldn't do anything until the delivery company had the goods. This whole thing is so frustrating and doesn't make any sense at all. It's like being told you can't fix a broken machine until it completely breaks down. It's making me so mad!
A cool t-shirt
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the shipping from this store. Every time I order something, it takes forever to get to me, even when I shell out extra cash for faster shipping. It seems like they're just not bothered about getting my order to me on time. I mean, c'mon, other stores manage to do it, so why can't they? Plus, the prices aren't even that good, so I reckon they should step up their game with the service. All I want is my t-shirt without having to wait forever to get it.
Express Shipping for Holiday Items
So, I had ordered some holiday stuff and paid extra for fast shipping, thinking it would get here in 3-4 days. But, lo and behold, the items never showed up. When I contacted Arket customer service, they told me that the delivery company had sent the stuff back. It was annoying to deal with the lack of communication and slow replies, especially since I was left without the stuff I needed and out of pocket.
Hat purchase mix-up
I bought this really awesome hat from a store, but when I checked my bank statement after paying, it showed a strange name that I didn't choose. I'm worried it could mess up my credit and everything, not cool, eh!
