I was pretty worried at first when I couldn't keep tabs on my bobblehead order, eh, but the customer service folks at this company were amazing, eh. Like, Brad was super quick to get back to me and helped me sort out the problem right away, eh. He figured out that there was a mistake with the tracking number and made sure I could track my package, which apparently has already made its way to NZ, eh. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the service I got from the team at this company, eh.

I just bought this product that I've been using for, like, a whole year, and I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about it. Before, the powder would just disappear into my drink, leaving no weird color or taste behind. Now, it just chills on top of my drink in big ol' clumps. And let me tell ya, it makes my drink look all foggy and totally messes with the taste. I've tried looking online to see if they changed the formula, but I can't find any info and it's seriously driving me nuts.

This website is a total scam! They double-charged me for an order I canceled, and their customer service is non-existent. Stay away from them at all costs.

I just bought my mom a beautiful alexandrite/tanzanite ring on clearance for Mother's Day. She really loves it and thinks it's gorgeous. But after she wore it for just a couple of days, we realized that one of the small stones on the side was getting caught on her clothes and loosening the center stone. My mom was really upset when I mentioned sending it in for repairs because she didn't want to be without it. It turns out that they don't have any more of this ring for us to exchange it, so that's not an option.
