    Bracelet purchase

    I recently bought a bracelet that was advertised at a certain price with free shipping. But when I tried to order it online, I saw that the price was actually different and I had to pay for shipping. So, I called to clear things up, and to my surprise, I was told that the gold-colored bracelet was actually more expensive at $119.99. Even though I explained that the advertised price was lower, the operator said their computer showed a different price. After going back and forth, I reluctantly paid the higher price, shipping, and tax. The whole call took a frustrating 25 minutes, which was totally unnecessary and time-consuming. This whole experience really turned me off, and I don't think I'll be buying anything else from this company.

    Necklace and Earrings Set

    I bought this really nice necklace and earring set from this company not too long ago. They looked amazing online, but when I got them, I was kinda let down by the quality. The stones seemed fake and the metal felt really flimsy. And to top it off, after I got the package, I saw some weird stuff going on with my credit card. It seems like someone might've gotten a hold of my info when I bought those jewelry items.

    I had a really bad time with the customer service at that jewelry company recently. I've been buying stuff from them for 8 years, dropping thousands of bucks on their products. I couldn't believe it when they blocked my account over a $17 balance from 2017 that I didn't even know about. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all, and didn't care about my situation. They even said they'd take away my stretch pay privileges even if I paid the $17. I'm a responsible customer with good credit, so I felt like it was super rude and totally uncalled for. It's really tough to be treated like that after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

    I just have to say, why all the hate towards this jewelry brand? I keep seeing all these negative reviews and I just don't understand it. One person is complaining about too much talking on the show - seriously? Another is upset because their piece broke after two whole years of use - come on, that's not the company's fault. And then there's someone mad about dented sterling silver - maybe just be more careful next time! And yeah, there was an issue, but it got sorted out. Look, what happens after they send you the jewelry is on YOU, not them. If they help fix any problems, that's a win in my books. I've been shopping here since 2012 and I have zero complaints. Most of my purchases have been costume jewelry that has held up beautifully. You just need to be cautious and if something breaks, take it to a local jeweler. Plus, everything always arrives in a nice plastic bag and their customer service team is super helpful. So I'm here to defend my JTV fam - you guys keep doing your thing!

    I recently bought a gorgeous ring from this jewelry store. At first, I had a little problem with the shipping, but after contacting their customer service team, they fixed it right away. The ring is really beautiful and well-made, with a design that I absolutely love.     My experience with this jewelry company was awful. I ordered diamond earrings but when I got them, they weren't what I was hoping for. The quality was bad and the stones were dull and cloudy. I asked for a refund right away, but that's when things went downhill. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through their chat, but no one responded. Every time I tried, I was left waiting for a representative and told they were all busy. It was so frustrating and made me feel like I got ripped off.

    Broken bracelet

    My mom got a bracelet from this store called jtv, but it broke after just two years. She had to pay for it with a credit card, which seemed kinda sketchy. She sent it in to get fixed, but they couldn't do it. The customer service was terrible, to be honest. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on their low-quality, unattractive jewelry. Look elsewhere to make a purchase!

    Oh my gosh, I've been shopping at this store forever - like since 1998! Everything I've bought has been really great! One time, I got a herringbone chain that got messed up in the box, but they were all sold out when I tried to exchange it. Now I'm super sad because it was only $49.99 on sale! But, I just got these incredible pear-shaped amethyst earrings for $67. They're 18 carats and set in gold over silver. They're so beautiful, I feel like a princess when I wear them! 😍

    Clearance alexandrite/tanzanite ring

    I just bought my mom a beautiful alexandrite/tanzanite ring on clearance for Mother's Day. She really loves it and thinks it's gorgeous. But after she wore it for just a couple of days, we realized that one of the small stones on the side was getting caught on her clothes and loosening the center stone. My mom was really upset when I mentioned sending it in for repairs because she didn't want to be without it. It turns out that they don't have any more of this ring for us to exchange it, so that's not an option.

    I just bought some jewelry from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The stuff they sell is top-notch and the prices are not too shabby either.     My shopping experience with JTV was pretty good overall. They have a wide range of jewelry options, with different brands and styles to choose from. I really liked watching shows featuring Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and their Warehouse liquidation items. The hosts are friendly and know their stuff, which makes shopping with them fun. Sometimes I've had to return things, but the return process is easy, although I do have to pay for the shipping. One big problem I had was when JTV canceled an item a few days after I ordered it, without giving any explanation. That lack of transparency was really disappointing and annoying, especially since a host had said the item was available. It would also be nice if they offered half sizes because a lot of my returns were due to sizing issues. Despite these issues, I'm still excited to buy more jewelry from JTV in the future.

    I've bought some stuff from this company, but most of the times what I got was low quality. I ended up tossing them because they weren't even usable. The shipping was fast, which was good, but the letdown of getting bad stuff was just too much. The customer service folks were nice when I contacted them, but getting bad products over and over just ruined the whole thing. I've been a customer since around 2016 or 2017, but I think I'm done ordering from them because it's always a letdown.

    I love getting sparkly stuff from this jewelry store I've been going to forever. But, wow, when I called to order a necklace the other day, the person on the phone had such a strong accent from a different country. It was so hard to understand them! It literally took me 20 minutes just to place my order. Not cool at all, man! I really miss chatting with the friendly folks who have those adorable southern accents.     So, I bought this gorgeous diamond ring from the jewelry store, and man, let me tell you, the whole experience was a bit of a roller coaster. At first, I was all excited about the free shipping offer for online orders, but then, at checkout, surprise surprise - there were some extra fees added in. After a not-so-great phone call where I didn't really get any satisfaction, I still went ahead and bought the ring. But just a heads up, this whole bait-and-switch thing they pulled is pretty shady and has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.     Order tracking issue

    So, I had this kinda freaky experience with the company's website not too long ago. I ordered something, right? But then when I went to track it, the tracking number was for an older order and said it was delivered in the past. So, I hopped on the chat with customer service, and they told me there was an issue with the tracking number. They said to check back in if I didn't get my order by a specific date. Man, let me tell you, that whole situation got me all stressed out and questioning if the website was even on the up and up.

    My sparkly bead purchase

    I picked up these really cute sparkly beads that were on sale, and I was super pumped! But then, the package ended up getting sent back to the store. It took forever to finally get my refund, and to top it off, I didn't even get back the full amount I paid for those beads! Now I'm totally turned off from shopping there again because I can't trust that it won't happen again.
