RainPass Elite 2.1 jacket purchase
I just got the RainPass Elite 2.1 jacket and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. I had some questions about the jacket and Frasier from the UK really came through for me. He answered all my questions quickly and made sure my order went through without any issues. And not only was the customer service great, but the jacket is fantastic as well. Expedited shipping
I recently made a purchase and paid extra for speedy shipping, thinking I'd get my item quickly. But, turns out it's out of stock and I can't get my money back right away. It's pretty annoying and now I'm questioning if this company is even reliable. I really hope they can sort this out ASAP and make things right.

Too complicated
It's just way too complicated! Like, why do I gotta accept everything one at a time? The directions are so tough to get. They should explain things in a way that regular folks can understand. And, it would be nice to have a phone number to call when you need a hand!

Unique football gaming platform
I hopped on the Sorare football gaming platform back in September 2021 and I've been hooked for a good two years now. This platform is pretty unique because it brings together soccer, fantasy games, and collecting all in one spot. I've seen some cool upgrades during my time here that have really upped the gaming experience. As a die-hard manager, I really dig how the company is always working on making the platform better and better. I'm hoping more folks jump on board with Sorare and get just as pumped about it as I am.
