Cookware set
I recently bought a cookware set from this company and it was really good quality, made with strong materials and great workmanship. The cookware worked really well and made cooking fun for me. However, I was kind of let down by their sneaky "free" shipping deal. Even though I spent enough to qualify for free shipping, when I went to check out, I ended up getting hit with a big shipping fee because I live in a region that's excluded. This lack of clarity in their shipping policy gave me a bad impression as a customer and made me wonder about the company's honesty. It's important for companies to be honest about their shipping charges to avoid confusing customers and making them unhappy. Hopefully, Made In can improve how they talk to customers and handle things in the future.
Eight-inch non-stick frying pan
I bought an eight-inch non-stick frying pan from this company not too long ago. However, I was pretty let down with how things went. The surface for frying was way smaller than I thought, only six inches. When I tried to return it, the whole process was a headache and took up a lot of time. It wasn't as easy and quick as other places I've returned stuff to online. On top of all that, they also charged me $11 for the return, which I thought was way too much. All in all, my experience with this company was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
7 piece non-stick cookware set
I just bought this 7 piece non-stick cookware set and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch. These pans are tough, easy to clean, and cook everything nice and even. But man, dealing with their customer service has been a huge letdown. I've been waiting for my order for over 2 months now, and all I've gotten are excuses and wrong delivery dates. The lack of communication and the fact that they removed their phone numbers from the website has just left me feeling frustrated and unsure. It's really too bad that a great product like this is being overshadowed by such lousy service from the company.
Stainless steel cookware purchase
I ordered some stainless steel cookware online and was super disappointed to see that they all had scratches when they arrived. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't guarantee a replacement without scratches. Can you believe that? A $200 pot should not have scratches on it. All they offered me was a tiny 10% discount, it felt like an insult. Next time, I'll go with a brand that actually backs up their products. And to top it off, the products also arrived late.
Carbon steel pan
They've really stepped up their customer service game! I used to feel a bit hesitant about buying from them, but now it's a breeze. I ordered a carbon steel pan that ended up being too large for my cooktop. When I reached out to them, they were super helpful! They quickly offered me a refund or a smaller pan. I was really impressed by their speedy and friendly response. So, don't pay attention to the old reviews and definitely give them a chance!
Non-stick wok purchase
The non-stick wok I bought was really disappointing, you know? Even though I followed all the seasoning instructions carefully, the food still kept sticking to the pan. I've seasoned lots of other pans before without any problems, but for some reason, it just didn't work with this wok. It was so frustrating, especially since I was really looking forward to using it based on the brand's good reputation.
Rusty roasting pan refund promise
I bought a set of pots and pans that came with a roasting pan, but when it arrived, it was all rusty. So, I reached out to customer service, and they said I would get a refund once I sent back the pan. But even after I sent it back, I never got my money back. Instead, they kept coming up with excuses - like saying I took too long to return it, or that my email address had changed, or that my current email wasn't safe. And on top of all that, they offered me a gift card instead of the cash refund they first promised. The customer service folks weren't just dishonest, but they were also really rude and dismissive.
Non-received pan
I ordered a pan on June 27th and it hasn't arrived yet. The first shipping number didn't work, so I contacted customer service by email and got a new one on July 5th. But this new number just says "in-transit" without any real info. As the 14 business days mark got closer, I asked for an update on July 18th. Then on July 25th, they gave me another new shipping number that started working on the 20th, but it still doesn't show much. The constant delays are worrying, especially since I'm moving in September, and I don't know if the pan will get to my current address on time.
3 pans, ordered to UK
I recently bought 3 new pans online, and let me tell you, they took forever to arrive. And when they finally showed up, the coating on them started peeling off after just a month of use. The folks at the company were nice about it, but honestly, the quality of the pans was not up to par and the long wait was frustrating. Definitely not worth the money I spent, that's for sure.
16 purchases, top quality, reasonable pricing
I really love Made In! I've purchased 16 items from them in the last 4 years and every single one has been amazing quality. The designs are so practical and the prices are really fair. My all-time favorite buy has to be the carbon skillet that a famous chef endorses. It's just the right size, perfectly seasoned, and has a good weight to it. What I also appreciate about Made In is that they go beyond the usual stuff and work on unique projects that you can't find everywhere, making their products even more special.
Skillet purchase dissatisfaction
My husband and I were so disappointed with this big skillet we bought from that company a year ago. At first, it seemed good but after about 3 months of using it, it was basically useless for cooking. Eggs would stick to every part of it, making it super hard to clean, even on medium heat. We spent a lot on this skillet, so we were really upset with how poorly it worked.
Complete set purchase
I just bought this whole set that came with a non-stick pan. But after cooking some bacon in it just once, the pan got all burnt and now I can't even clean it. I even tried using vinegar and baking soda like they said, but it didn't do anything. It's really frustrating to see such crappy quality in a brand that's supposed to be good.
Three-piece non-stick set
These pans just didn't fit right on my stove and one was already scratched when I got it. The customer service was pretty disappointing - they didn't seem to take the issue seriously and only offered a small discount or a replacement. I was let down by their response and the way they tried to make it seem like I was at fault for the scratches. Their CEO talked a big game on Reddit before, but it doesn't seem like anything has improved in their business since then. Now they're telling me I have to wait 12-20 days for a replacement, even though I paid for express shipping. I'll definitely be looking into trying a different brand like all clad next time instead of buying from them again.
3 pieces multi pot set
I'm a chef, and I bought a 3-piece multi pot set from them. When the package came, the steamer basket was missing, which I really need for cooking. I contacted customer service, and they told me the steamer basket was back-ordered. They didn't tell me this before I ordered. I was disappointed with the lack of communication, especially from a company that serves professionals like me. The customer service rep said they would send a replacement, but didn't know how long it would take.
Carbon steel fry pan, rusted
The carbon steel frying pan I bought started rusting after only a few uses, eh. I was pretty bummed to see that since the company didn't mention it could happen, eh. It's frustrating that the warranty is now expired, especially because I thought this brand was supposed to be top-notch, eh. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Stainless steel cookware set
I recently bought a stainless steel cookware set, and at first, I had some issues with my order. But I must say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got from the company. Even though there were some bumps in the road, the amazing support I got completely turned things around for me. I want to give a shout-out to their customer service rep who not only helped me out quickly but also went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about my order. They sorted out the problems really fast, and now I'm loving the awesome products I got. The cookware is top-notch, and the customer service is exceptional. I'm definitely sticking with this company and would totally recommend it to anyone in need of great kitchen supplies.
Stainless steel pan purchase
I got this pan made of stainless steel from this brand, and it turned out to be a real letdown in terms of quality. At first, it looked promising, but it soon lost its non-stick abilities. I tried contacting Customer Support for help, but they weren't very helpful. Overall, my experience with this product was not great, especially for how much it cost.
Delayed order
I am so annoyed with my shopping experience at this company. I ordered my stuff more than a month ago, and they said it would be here in 3-7 business days. But it's been over a month now, and still no sign of my order. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times - through their robot, emails, and even by phone - but no luck. They don't seem to care at all. It's like they just make up delivery times and have terrible customer service. No wonder everyone hates them.
Cookware purchase
I just bought some cookware from this company. Ordering was easy for me, but I haven't tried them out yet. So, I can't say if they're any good. I'm excited to use them soon and see how well they work.
Red Dutch Oven
I got this red Dutch Oven from a company I saw in a lot of YouTube ads and man, it was a real disappointment! I shelled out over $200 for it and it started falling apart after just a few uses. Food stuck to it like crazy and the enamel started cracking. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but when I tried to reach out to them about the warranty, I got nowhere. Now I'm stuck with this useless pot that I blew my hard-earned cash on. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company!
