Even though I spent enough to qualify for free shipping, when I went to check out, I ended up getting hit with a big shipping fee because I live in a region that's excluded. This lack of clarity in their shipping policy gave me a bad impression as a customer and made me wonder about the company's honesty. It's important for companies to be honest about their shipping charges to avoid confusing customers and making them unhappy. Hopefully, Made In can improve how they talk to customers and handle things in the future.
