Fragrance purchase
My recent purchase from Fragrance Net was really great. I was super impressed with the quality of the fragrances I chose - they weren't watered down and were exactly what I wanted. Plus, the prices were reasonable and I found some options that fit within my budget. I really like that they have different departments for shopping, like beauty, skincare, and, of course, fragrances. Being able to shop online without having to physically go to a store is a huge bonus for me. And I was happy that my order arrived quickly, so I didn't have to wait forever to get my items.

Three hats purchased
I just bought three hats online and it went pretty well. The website was easy to use, so I quickly found the hats I was after. Checking out was easy too. The hats I got were just what I wanted and I was happy with the quality. The only issue was that it took a bit longer than I thought to arrive. It came through Canada Post, which was fine, but the wait was annoying. Still, I'd probably shop there again down the road.

Online booking experience
When I was trying to book a car online, I ran into a frustrating problem with entering my information. I had to pick a different country first before I could choose my own, and that was confusing and took up more time. On top of that, I had to fix some of the filled-in details myself, which was irritating and took even more time. In the end, booking online wasn't a smooth process, and I think it could be made better for customers.

I just tried out this place called e·releases for the first time and I gotta say, they were really helpful in guiding me through the process of writing my press release. The staff there were so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how professional they all were and the advice they gave me was top-notch. If I ever need help with another press release, I would definitely go back to them.

Car purchase
I gave the car place a call and man, they were really friendly. I headed over the next day and grabbed a coffee on the way. Checked out the car, took it for a spin, and I was diggin' it. They promised to make sure everything was tip-top for me to pick it up. When I went back, it was all good to go and I was stoked. Graham and John were absolute gems. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the market for a new set of wheels!

Custom photobook
I recently ordered a custom photo book from this website and, to be honest, it was not a great experience. I made my order in early October and was really looking forward to getting it in time for a special event. Unfortunately, the delivery got delayed multiple times, and every time I contacted customer service for help, I got different answers. At first, they said my order was on its way, then they said there was a problem with the printing, and finally they said it got lost during delivery. The lack of clear communication and organization was really frustrating and it left me feeling pretty let down.

As someone who comes to this store a lot, I've bought a bunch of things many times and always gotten the right stuff with free shipping. The support team is great, they answer fast and in simple English. If there's ever a problem, like a package getting lost in the mail, they'll happily send out another one without any fuss. They process orders quickly and give you tracking info so you can keep an eye on where your delivery's at. I'd suggest getting a tracking number for faraway shipments just to be safe, 'cause sometimes packages can magically disappear across long distances. But if anything does go wrong, the folks at this store are nice and genuinely helpful.
