Functional mushroom coffee for GI issues
I've been dealing with GI issues for years, and Four Sigmatic's functional mushroom coffee has been a game-changer for me. It's the only coffee that doesn't make my stomach hurt, and I feel great after drinking it. I'm really grateful that I came across this brand and their awesome products. If you're struggling with similar health problems, I definitely suggest giving them a shot. The functional mushrooms not only make it a healthier choice but also give it a cool, earthy taste that I enjoy. This is without a doubt my top pick when it comes to coffee.
Mushroom coffee blend and protein powder
I gotta say, I was skeptical about trying mushroom coffee, but Four Sigmatic really impressed me! Their coffee blends are delicious, and their protein powder is top-notch. I usually don't drink a lot of coffee because I don't like the taste, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked their products. I've been a regular customer for two years now, and I've never been let down. And the fact that their vegan protein powder doesn't upset my stomach? That's a big win for me. Five stars, no doubt!
Monthly subscription
The products are awesome, but with the new taxes and extra fees on my monthly shipments, it's just too pricey for me to keep ordering. I've been a faithful customer for more than a year without any problems until now. When I contacted customer service, all they said was that it's just part of their process and nothing can be changed. I'm pretty let down and thinking about cancelling my subscription.
Functional Creamer for keto coffee
The creamer was all clumpy when I first opened it, but it did kinda help me stay on track with my keto diet and fasting routine. Didn't really take my coffee to the next level like bulletproof coffee, though. It's pretty plain and honestly, I barely notice it in there most of the time. Followed the instructions on the can for how much to add to each cup, but it didn't hit the spot for me. I'll use up the rest of the can, but definitely won't be getting more.

The mushroom coffee itself is fantastic! It tastes so good and gives me a nice energy boost without any jitters. But I was really let down by the customer service. When I tried to get in touch with them with a question, I got sent to an automated phone line that led me to a text service. I explained my question, but all I got back was a text saying they were out of the office and could only be reached during certain hours, which didn't work for me. Plus, there wasn't even an option for faster shipping, which was really annoying. Overall, the product is great, but they definitely need to work on improving their customer service.

The mushroom coffee I bought was okay-tasting but it did give me a little energy. However, I wasn't too happy with the customer service. I felt like their handling of unsubscribe requests was not good and it was frustrating. In general, I'd say the product is alright, but they really need to work on their customer service.

I recently bought some coffee from them to try it out. It didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for the high price. What made it worse was that after my first order, they charged my card and sent me another batch without asking. When I contacted them, they said I had a subscription that I never signed up for. Even though they said they would cancel the subscription and give me a refund, I had to go to my bank to get my money back after waiting for over a month. And to add to that, I keep getting annoying ads emails from them even though I've unsubscribed multiple times. This whole thing has left me with a bad feeling, so I won't be going back to them. Thank you.
