Whole bean coffee
I've been drinking this coffee for so long now and it's just so good! I'm pretty particular about my coffee because I like the finer things, you know what I mean? I grind up my own beans and brew it in this fancy French press. I even checked the pH level with this paper test and it's basically neutral, which is awesome for my stomach. This coffee is just as delicious as all the high-end stuff I've had in the past. Yeah, it's a bit pricey and it takes a while to ship, but I signed up for this autoship feature so I never have to worry about running out. I've been enjoying it for more than a year now and the customer service has been fantastic. I totally recommend it!
Organic coffee beans
I recently picked up a bag of organic coffee beans from this spot, and let me tell you, I am really impressed. The coffee is top-quality, with a strong and rich flavor that beats any other coffee I've tried. The customer service was amazing, the staff was super friendly, knew their stuff, and acted professionally. I'm super happy I found this place and I'll definitely be coming back. The fact that they offer organic products is a big bonus for me, as I really care about the health and environmental advantages of organic food and drinks. Smooth, no bitterness, mellow
The coffee from this place is so good, eh! It has a nice, smooth taste with no bitterness at all, making it perfect for a chill morning cup. A buddy gave me a bag of the beans for Christmas, and I've been loving it ever since. I grind the beans myself at the local grocery store, and every sip is just a treat. Normally I have to add honey or maple syrup to my coffee to balance out the bitterness, but with this coffee, no need at all. I am really impressed with the quality and taste of this coffee, eh!
Organic, single-origin coffee
I recently started drinkin' this organic, single-origin coffee and it has honestly changed my mornin' routine quite a bit. The taste is so rich and satisfyin', plus I feel good 'bout supportin' farms that practice sustainability and ethics. Lifeboost really goes all out in findin' the best beans, you can taste the difference in every cup I make at home. I think y'all should give their coffee a whirl if you're lookin' to step up your coffee game. Cheers, eh!
Charged twice for coffee I didn't sign up for
So I was checking my credit card statement and I noticed I got charged not once, but twice for this coffee that I never even ordered! Like, what the heck? The first time it happened, the charges got taken off, but then it happened again this month! And I haven't even gotten any coffee from them, nor do I even want it! Talk about a major bummer, eh?
Delayed order
I had a bad experience with this company recently. I ordered some coffee, but it took forever to arrive. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order because I never got the coffee, but they said no. When I tried to share my feedback on social media, they deleted my posts, feedback, and blocked me instead of listening. It's really disappointing to see a company act that way.
Decaf coffee
As someone who enjoys decaf coffee, I was really excited to find this organic coffee that's made using the Swiss water method. It tastes so smooth and rich, and I really like that they focus on making sure it's top-notch quality and sustainable. Their customer service was also fantastic, they always got back to me quickly when I had questions. I'll definitely be buying from them again and would totally recommend this coffee to anyone who wants a high-quality decaf option.
Yummy coffee
This coffee is seriously the best! It's so delicious and tasty, I could drink it all day. I love that it comes from farmers too, like how awesome is that? I would definitely suggest this coffee to anyone who enjoys a nice cup of joe.
Bought coffee
The coffee at that place is just so good, eh! I've been coming here forever and it's always awesome. The people working here are really friendly and the coffee is always top notch. I just can't get enough of it, eh!
Cold Brew Coffee
So, I thought I'd try this place out, hoping for a nice cold brew coffee. But let me tell ya, it was a disaster. My order never showed up, and when I contacted their customer service, they totally blamed me. It was pretty shocking how they didn't take any responsibility. They offered to send another order, but then said I couldn't return it if I didn't like it. No way, I'm not gonna be punished for their screw-ups. Luckily, I found a way better coffee company with amazing customer service - Purity Coffee. Don't bother wasting your time or money there.
Decaf Medium Roast Coffee
I bought 6 boxes of decaf medium roast coffee from this company. I was not happy with what I got. On their website, they said the coffee had rich chocolate notes and a nice smell. But when I made the coffee, it had no smell at all and tasted watery and weak. It wasn't as rich as they made it sound.
Cold brew coffee
The customer service at this place is terrible, just like their products. I really should have known better than to give them a chance. I ordered a cold brew coffee that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but it took a whole 3 weeks and still didn't show up. When I asked for a replacement, they were so rude and unhelpful, blaming the post office and expecting me to just wait around indefinitely. They wouldn't send me another order or refund until I had to involve my credit card company. It was a pain, but at least it helped me discover a better coffee company that actually values its customers.
Coffee that tasted like garbage
This coffee was terrible, eh! I checked out their website and thought it would be amazing, but when I actually tried it, it tasted like licking an ashtray. I reached out to them to get a refund, and they said I could choose a different flavor and return most of what I purchased. If I liked the new one, they would send more, but if not, then I lose my money! They also mentioned I could return the 2 unopened bags for a refund, but it had to get there in 7 days, and with a holiday coming up, that just wasn't gonna happen, eh! They didn't offer any suggestions on how to make it right, even with their "money back guarantee". I'm never buying from them again, and you shouldn't either, eh! I'm gonna tell my bank about this situation, and it wasn't even a good deal with the exchange rate for American cash, eh!
Coffee subscription
I signed up for this coffee subscription service last week and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. It took forever for my coffee to actually get shipped out. And to make matters worse, I've been getting spammed with like 3-4 emails every day, which is super irritating. I think I'm gonna cancel my subscription because I feel like the service didn't live up to what was promised.
Premium blend coffee
I recently bought the premium blend coffee from this company, and I have to say, it really let me down. They claim to be top-notch, but the coffee just didn't hit the mark for me. It tasted dry and stale, like an old ashtray. When I reached out to them about my concerns, their response made it seem like the problem was with me. They made it clear that any returns would be on my dime and didn't offer much of a solution. It was pretty disappointing to see them not owning up to the quality issue.<br><br>Now I'm left feeling pretty unhappy with my purchase and I'm trying to dispute it. I think if a company promises a certain level of quality, they should be responsible when they don't deliver on that promise.
8 bags coffee purchase
I recently bought 8 bags of coffee, all whole beans, but got sent 6 bags of ground coffee instead. When I contacted customer service about the mistake, they said I had to pay to send the wrong bags back for a replacement. It was frustrating because it was clearly the company's mistake, not mine. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company, and it seems to happen often. The coffee is expensive, especially because the bags are only 12 ounces instead of the usual 16 ounces. I found many other companies selling similar quality coffee for a lower price, so I'm questioning if it's worth buying from this brand. If you want good coffee without spending a fortune, I suggest looking at other sellers instead of sticking with this one.
