    Latex mattress purchase as a replacement

    I was really excited about buying a new latex mattress to replace my old one, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I spent a lot of time in the store testing out different options to find the perfect mix of comfort and support, only to be completely let down when the mattress was delivered. It was way firmer than the ones I tested in the store and ended up giving me a ton of pain in my hips and shoulders. I tried switching out layers, adjusting it, and even adding an expensive mattress topper, but nothing made it better. The customer service was no help at all and the return policy is super strict. It's been a frustrating and expensive mistake that I wish I hadn't made.

    I just bought a couple of necklaces from Daisy. The quality was great, but sadly one of them broke. I got in touch with customer service and a lady named Elena helped me out. She was really nice and quick to respond, getting back to me in just a few hours. I was happy to find out that my necklace was under a 2-year warranty, and Elena quickly organized a free replacement to be sent to me. I appreciate the top-notch customer service from Daisy and would definitely suggest their products to others.

    Classic gold watch

    I bought this classic gold watch from this company, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the quality. The watch started losing time after just one week of wearing it, and even after trying to get it fixed multiple times, it's still not working properly. The customer service was terrible, with rude and unhelpful people who seemed more interested in making excuses than actually helping me. The price was way too high for what I got, and the delivery took way too long. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you want to throw your money away on a bad product and bad service.

    So, yesterday I decided to go buy a patio umbrella, eh? On the website it said they had 4 left in stock at the store. But when we got there, they brought out a beat up box that had already been opened. Nope, I was not taking that! And then, get this, the employee just stood there looking at me like a deer in headlights and said they only had 2 more at some offsite warehouse. Um, hello, I can do math - there's one still in the store, right? But did they go look for it? Nope! They just expected me to buy the crummy one in front of me, or just leave. So rude! 🙄 So yeah, we left and ended up getting one from Home Depot for way more money. Step up your game, man! 👎

    Bimini top for Jeep

    Oh, what a complete nightmare it was trying to order from this company! I really should have known not to trust these scammers. I waited two weeks for my bimini top to show up, and when I called customer service, I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever. Finally, when I did get through to someone, they told me the item was backordered for over 60 days. Can you believe the nerve of them? And they had the audacity to say they sent an email about it, which of course, never reached me. It's pretty obvious they have no plans to keep their promises. Stay away from them at all costs!

    Ridiculous experience

    I bought two wigs not too long ago and spent almost 600 dollars. I was so pumped to get them, but man, that quickly changed to major disappointment. The shedding from those wigs was like nothing I've ever seen, and then to top it off, one of them literally lost all its baby hair and edges, leaving big bald patches. I reached out to customer service for help, but all they could offer me were some basic tips on washing and detangling. That just doesn't cut it for me. I've never dealt with such low quality and lousy service from a company before. It feels like they'd rather point fingers at the customer than own up to their crappy products. Overall, just a terrible experience.

    Luxury car purchase

    The experience at the luxury car dealership was kinda disappointing, eh. The staff didn't seem too interested in helping me out, just chit-chatting with each other, you know. When I did manage to grab someone's attention, they didn't seem too thrilled about answering my questions and didn't really know much, if I'm being honest. Felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The whole place had a snobby and unwelcoming vibe, which was a letdown 'cause they're supposed to be all fancy and classy. I walked out feeling annoyed and unimpressed, for sure.

    I was super impressed with this purchase from the company, eh. The packaging was so well done and really set the mood for the whole unboxing experience. They even included a piece of cardboard to keep the jacket safe and a fancy breathable garment bag with a nice wooden hanger.     Decaf Medium Roast Coffee

    I bought 6 boxes of decaf medium roast coffee from this company. I was not happy with what I got. On their website, they said the coffee had rich chocolate notes and a nice smell. But when I made the coffee, it had no smell at all and tasted watery and weak. It wasn't as rich as they made it sound.

    Necklace with difficult clasp

    I got a necklace from here and I couldn't even open the clasp. I called to return it and they had to send me a video on how to open it. If you need a video to open a clasp, it's definitely time for a redesign! The gems are so small, you need a magnifying glass to see them. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

    I had a really bad customer service experience! My package arrived more than a week late, and when I reached out to them, they just told me to keep waiting before they would think about it being lost during shipping. There wasn't even a sorry for the delay! It was so annoying and let-down, to be honest. After a bunch of emails, my package finally showed up a few days later. It's not all their fault, but they did pick that delivery company that's not very reliable. I definitely won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

    Book order for Christmas gifts

    I just ordered 12 books in November as Christmas presents. When they arrived, they were nicely wrapped and came on time. The books were awesome, although one had some pages that came loose. I got in touch with customer service in January, and they were really sorry about the issue and sent a replacement right away. Their customer service was top-notch and made me feel important.     I got two pairs of shoes from this company, eh. One for running and one for pickleball, and let me tell you, they are AMAZING! Seriously, I've never worn anything so comfortable in my life, ya know? The running shoes make me feel like I'm running on clouds, and the pickleball shoes have really improved my game, eh.
