Bimini top for Jeep
Oh, what a complete nightmare it was trying to order from this company! I really should have known not to trust these scammers. I waited two weeks for my bimini top to show up, and when I called customer service, I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever. Finally, when I did get through to someone, they told me the item was backordered for over 60 days. Can you believe the nerve of them? And they had the audacity to say they sent an email about it, which of course, never reached me. It's pretty obvious they have no plans to keep their promises. Stay away from them at all costs!

Book order for Christmas gifts
I just ordered 12 books in November as Christmas presents. When they arrived, they were nicely wrapped and came on time. The books were awesome, although one had some pages that came loose. I got in touch with customer service in January, and they were really sorry about the issue and sent a replacement right away. Their customer service was top-notch and made me feel important. The books were amazing overall, and ordering was easy. I definitely suggest this service to others.

I got two pairs of shoes from this company, eh. One for running and one for pickleball, and let me tell you, they are AMAZING! Seriously, I've never worn anything so comfortable in my life, ya know? The running shoes make me feel like I'm running on clouds, and the pickleball shoes have really improved my game, eh.
