Wig purchase
My experience with the wig was pretty good overall. It did shed a bit when I washed it, but the quality of the wig is really well done. I got the 24-inch 180 density water wave bye-bye knot wig and it was the right length, hanging down about 3-4 inches past my butt. I was hoping for it to be a bit thicker, but it still looked good. The lace blended in nicely with my dark skin without needing any glue or melting spray. The pre-cut and bleached lace front was a nice feature, especially for people who aren't used to customizing wigs. However, the sides didn't quite match the length of the lace, so some of my natural hair was still showing, even when I tried the bald cap method.
4 wigs ordered
I've bought like 4 or maybe 5 wigs from this store, can't really keep count 'cause they're my fave for wigs. Never been unhappy with my purchase. Even told my friends about this store and now they only shop here too. The wigs are super awesome! 🙌 What really stands out to me is their amazing customer service. Twice they texted me to let me know my wigs would be late, but they always had a solution or something to make up for the wait. Love that they text me personally. Waiting for my next wig to come! Custom colored, synthetic wig
The wig looks great for a night out, but it feels fake and not very comfortable. The color is really nice and I got lots of compliments. However, it's itchy, not very thick, and doesn't hold a style well. The hair keeps getting in my mouth and eyes, and the back is especially itchy. Trimming the wig leaves behind a waxy residue. It's good for a fast, simple look, but it can't beat a natural wig for comfort.

I was so excited to get this wig in just 4 days after ordering it. But when I washed it, I noticed a lot of chemicals coming out of the hair, which I heard is normal for some wigs. The lace blends in well, but honestly, the wig is not great. My husband even said it looks fake and too shiny. I don't think it's worth more than $40. I wouldn't trust the reviews on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok because they're all sponsored. I found the same wig on another site for less money. Plus, it doesn't hold curls, so don't believe the hype. Overall, not a good wig.
New Wig

Ridiculous experience
I bought two wigs not too long ago and spent almost 600 dollars. I was so pumped to get them, but man, that quickly changed to major disappointment. The shedding from those wigs was like nothing I've ever seen, and then to top it off, one of them literally lost all its baby hair and edges, leaving big bald patches. I reached out to customer service for help, but all they could offer me were some basic tips on washing and detangling. That just doesn't cut it for me. I've never dealt with such low quality and lousy service from a company before. It feels like they'd rather point fingers at the customer than own up to their crappy products. Overall, just a terrible experience.
