I just bought my second set of hair extensions and I gotta say, the quality for the price is amazing. They were super easy to put in, hardly any prep needed. The hairline looks real and the knots are hardly there at all. I was really impressed with how the hair looks and feels.

However, it's itchy, not very thick, and doesn't hold a style well. The hair keeps getting in my mouth and eyes, and the back is especially itchy. Trimming the wig leaves behind a waxy residue. It's good for a fast, simple look, but it can't beat a natural wig for comfort.

The shedding from those wigs was like nothing I've ever seen, and then to top it off, one of them literally lost all its baby hair and edges, leaving big bald patches. I reached out to customer service for help, but all they could offer me were some basic tips on washing and detangling. That just doesn't cut it for me. I've never dealt with such low quality and lousy service from a company before. It feels like they'd rather point fingers at the customer than own up to their crappy products. Overall, just a terrible experience.

My experience with the wig was pretty good overall. It did shed a bit when I washed it, but the quality of the wig is really well done. I got the 24-inch 180 density water wave bye-bye knot wig and it was the right length, hanging down about 3-4 inches past my butt. I was hoping for it to be a bit thicker, but it still looked good. The lace blended in nicely with my dark skin without needing any glue or melting spray. The pre-cut and bleached lace front was a nice feature, especially for people who aren't used to customizing wigs. However, the sides didn't quite match the length of the lace, so some of my natural hair was still showing, even when I tried the bald cap method.
