I was super impressed with this purchase from the company, eh. The packaging was so well done and really set the mood for the whole unboxing experience. They even included a piece of cardboard to keep the jacket safe and a fancy breathable garment bag with a nice wooden hanger. It's those little touches that made me feel like they really care about their customers, you know? And the jacket itself was top-notch, for sure. I'll definitely be buying from this company again for my family, no question about it.
