Gift for daughter without gift box
I bought a present for my daughter from this shop not long ago, and for the most part, I was pretty happy with it. The only thing that bummed me out a bit was that it didn't come in a fancy gift box with the store's name on it. I kinda thought that was something they'd throw in, being a high-end place and all. On the flip side, the delivery was crazy fast, which was a nice surprise. If they had an option to add on a gift box when you order online, I would've given them a perfect score. But, despite that little letdown, I'm still content with the whole experience and would be up for buying from them again.
Quality products, prompt resolution of customer concerns
I just wanted to say that the products from this company are so good - top quality, for sure. But what really makes them stand out is how great their customer service is. If you have any problems or questions, they deal with it super quickly and well. I've seen this for myself and it makes me feel really important as a customer. Plus, whenever I've had questions, they've always been answered really nicely and patiently, which isn't always the case with other companies. Overall, I'm really happy with both the products and the customer service.

I ordered some stuff on May 4th but only one part has shown up so far. The other part is missing and it's for my friend's birthday. I was counting on it to come on time, but nope! It's so frustrating. Coach really needs to step up their shipping game, seriously! Like, why can't they get it right?

The Cassie 19 with Spring Flower decor that I bought was absolutely beautiful, eh? But when it arrived, I was a bit bummed out about the state it was in, y'know? When I opened the dustbag, eh, I saw some dirt or marks on the front. At first, I was like, "Oh, noooo," but I decided to just go with it because I needed it for a trip and I really liked the look. I managed to clean off the marks with a gentle cleaner, but I kinda wished it had been packed more carefully and checked before it got shipped out. It seemed like it had been sitting on a shelf or maybe returned by someone and not properly cleaned. The bag itself is really nice, but the packaging and the way it arrived could have been better, you know what I mean?

Super nicely packaged bag
The bag arrived in this huge box and was nicely packaged. But oh well, no fancy box, just the dust bag. But you know what, who cares, the bag is absolutely beautiful! It took such a long time to get here, like seriously forever. And we even had to pay extra for shipping, which is not cool. But you know what, I absolutely adore this bag!
