Beautiful bag purchase for daughter's birthday
I recently bought a really nice bag from this store as a present for my daughter's birthday. The bag was really well made and had a great design, and my daughter loved it. But I was kinda bummed when I found out the day after I bought it that I could have gotten the same bag for £70 less somewhere else. Even so, I'm still happy with the purchase overall.

I really enjoy coming to this store because the people who work here are super friendly and always ready to help! They even brought out some bags from the back that weren't on display. The purses they have are fantastic and I believe they are worth the price! My previous bag lasted forever, so now I think it's time for a fresh one!
Late delivery for birthday gift
I ordered some stuff on May 4th but only one part has shown up so far. The other part is missing and it's for my friend's birthday. I was counting on it to come on time, but nope! It's so frustrating. Coach really needs to step up their shipping game, seriously! Like, why can't they get it right?
Cassie 19 with Spring Flower decor
The Cassie 19 with Spring Flower decor that I bought was absolutely beautiful, eh? But when it arrived, I was a bit bummed out about the state it was in, y'know? When I opened the dustbag, eh, I saw some dirt or marks on the front. At first, I was like, "Oh, noooo," but I decided to just go with it because I needed it for a trip and I really liked the look. I managed to clean off the marks with a gentle cleaner, but I kinda wished it had been packed more carefully and checked before it got shipped out. It seemed like it had been sitting on a shelf or maybe returned by someone and not properly cleaned. The bag itself is really nice, but the packaging and the way it arrived could have been better, you know what I mean?

My experience ordering was kinda frustrating. It took forever because of technical problems, and my discount code didn't work when I tried to pay. I had to message Customer Service on WhatsApp two times to deal with it. But they got back to me quick and gave me a fix for the discount issue, so fingers crossed it works next time! On the bright side, the product packaging was top-notch and the handbag itself was gorgeous and really well-made.

The bag arrived in this huge box and was nicely packaged. But oh well, no fancy box, just the dust bag. But you know what, who cares, the bag is absolutely beautiful! It took such a long time to get here, like seriously forever. And we even had to pay extra for shipping, which is not cool. But you know what, I absolutely adore this bag!
