Puffer jacket
Oh man, I can't believe what a letdown this puffer jacket from your store turned out to be! I mean, I only bought it a month ago and already there's a big cut in the fabric. I reached out to customer service, sent some pics, and all they said was that it wasn't covered by the warranty because it was likely torn. Seriously? I don't remember snagging it on anything, and even if I did, a new jacket shouldn't be falling apart so soon. I mean, I paid a pretty penny for this thing, and the quality is just not cutting it. My jacket from another brand lasted me a whole decade and it's still holding up. The money I wasted on this jacket from your store is just mind-blowing. Such a bummer.
Unreceived order of over $600
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. Back in December, I placed an order for over $600 and after waiting for more than a month, I still didn't get my stuff. When I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't any help at all and couldn't fix the problem. The tracking info said the package never got delivered, so now I'm out of my order and my money. I wish I had checked their reviews on Trustpilot before buying from them, it's clear that this brand can't be trusted. Don't waste your money, just steer clear of this website.
Puffer jacket
I just bought a puffer jacket from this company, and it was a really good deal which is why I decided to go for it. But then when I got the tracking number, I found out that it didn't work and I couldn't track my order. It made me a bit worried, especially after seeing some bad reviews online. But I decided to contact customer service anyways, and I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me quickly and assured me that my order was on its way. The jacket arrived right on time and was exactly what I was expecting. I was really happy with the quality of the jacket and the whole buying process.
Bag for daughter's Xmas gift
I ordered a bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but I still haven't gotten it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait 7-10 business days. If it didn't clear customs by then, they'd refund me 'cause it would be M.I.A. I'm pretty gutted about the whole lack of communication and slow fix for this problem. Seems a bit sketch and I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone 'cause of the snooty and unhelpful service I got.
Bag purchase
I bought a bag, but was kinda nervous at first because of some bad reviews. I'm really happy I didn't back out though. The shipping and delivery were super smooth, I could easily track my order. The bag was top-notch quality and came really well protected. I was seriously impressed and satisfied with the whole experience.
Purchased disappointment
Looking back, I really wish I had checked out the reviews before buying that gift. Not knowing when it would arrive or what was happening was a letdown for my wife at Christmas. The website seemed nice, but the reality was pretty disappointing. I would recommend that others avoid the same letdown and try shopping somewhere else for a smoother experience.
Late delivery, poor quality
Honestly, don't bother wasting your time and money on this website. It took over two weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality was awful. You're probably better off getting knock-offs from China - at least they might come faster and be better quality. I definitely recommend steering clear of this website.
Backpack purchase
Awful company, doesn't care about their customers at all. Bought a backpack a month ago, and it was super low quality - ripped within a month! Contacted customer service to get a replacement, but they said no way and just offered a discount on my next order if I kept the torn bag. Can you believe that? I want my money back or a new bag, no question.
Long wait for refund
I've been waiting since December for a refund, but it's already February and I still haven't received it. Customer service said I'd get an email in a week to start the return process, but I haven't heard anything yet. I've sent lots of emails, but it hasn't been resolved. So, I bought some stuff online from this company and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The stuff I got was either broken or packed all wrong. One thing came in such bad shape - box open, stuff tossed in there all haphazardly. Looked like someone had already used it and then sent it back. And then the other thing was broken! Perfect ending to this disaster of a shopping spree. And the customer service? Useless. They only gave me a bit of money back for the broken thing, and nada for the garbage packaging. Just a "we're sorry" and that's it. I couldn't even give these as gifts like I wanted to.

But then they said I used the wrong courier, eh, even though I paid for fancy shipping with their label, eh. Lost out on about a hundred bucks just like that, eh. And the lack of customer service was the cherry on top of my disappointment, eh. But then I tried buying from Tessuti and they were way better, eh. Got my refund quick, unlike the other guys, eh. So, yeah, I'd say steer clear of Guess eu's website, eh.
Wasted time and money
I spent my time and money on a product that I had to return after two months. I thought I would get my money back smoothly, but the company refused to give me a refund. It's so frustrating and disappointing dealing with their customer service. I'll definitely be more cautious before buying from them again.

I recently made a bunch of purchases at this store and boy was I really disappointed with the whole experience. The customer service was terrible, the website was a pain to use, and getting a refund was just a nightmare. I've never seen such incompetence from a company before. Even companies like TEMU, a Chinese company, do a way better job at this stuff. And when I asked for a proper link to file a complaint, I got straight up ignored. To top it all off, they even canceled some items from my orders after I already paid and got a confirmation email. What a huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
2 Tops/Jumpers, 1 Belt, and 1 Dress
When I first ordered from this company, I was a bit nervous because I had read some negative reviews. But wow, was I surprised by how great my experience turned out to be! I placed my order on January 11th, 2024, and I was really impressed with how they kept me updated on where my package was. The delivery came right on time the next week, and let me tell you, the 2 tops/jumpers, belt, and dress I got were top-notch quality. They fit me perfectly and were even better than I expected. And can we talk about the packaging? It was so nice! The items were all neatly packed in a stylish box. Overall, I was seriously impressed with the whole ordering and delivery process. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I'll be sure to recommend this company to others.
Unacceptable refund experience
I had a pretty rough time dealing with this company recently. When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me my money back the way I paid, and instead insisted on giving me a gift card. I wasn't pleased with that at all because it's my cash we're talking about. Luckily, I used PayPal credit for the purchase, so I could bring up the issue with them. In the end, PayPal gave me a refund, but it was a real hassle all because the company wouldn't cooperate. The product took forever to arrive, and returning it was a real pain too. I've decided I won't be buying from them again.
