    Used bike without warranty

I recently bought a second-hand bike from The Pro's Closet without a warranty, and ran into a problem with the carbon frame. I was bummed to find out that I needed the original owner's receipt for a warranty claim, which TPC didn't give me. This whole thing has made me think twice about getting used stuff from TPC again.

    Long wait for refund

I've been waiting since December for a refund, but it's already February and I still haven't received it. Customer service said I'd get an email in a week to start the return process, but I haven't heard anything yet. I've sent lots of emails, but it hasn't been resolved. I'm thinking about getting some legal advice to deal with this problem.

    Corporate chocolate box boomf cards

I recently ordered some fancy corporate chocolate box boomf cards to welcome our new employees, and let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch. Those folks on the team were so attentive, always quick to respond, and they really put in the work to make my ideas come to life. Even when we had some changes or things got delayed on our end, they stayed cool as cucumbers and went above and beyond to help us out. The final product was even better than I could've imagined, and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. If any company out there is looking to send their teams some custom gifts, I'd definitely recommend giving this service a try.

    Online courses with hands-on projects

Overall, I had a good experience with the courses. I really liked working on the projects and seeing how I was improving as I learned new things. But I do think there's room for some improvements. The last part about Airflow seemed to be too much about just copying and pasting, I wish there was more focus on sparking creativity and critical thinking. And the budget for AWS wasn't enough, so I ended up using my own resources to finish the last couple of projects. It wasn't clear how much testing was required before actually putting things into action, so I basically had to figure it out as I went along, which took up a lot of time and effort.
