3 months of service
Eh, so here's the deal, folks. I really like the app, it's super easy to use and all that. And you know, being able to actually use my phone in Canada is great. But man, the signal is just so frustrating. It's definitely weaker than my old phone service. With my old one, I could actually use my phone at work, now it's like no service at all, what's up with that? So yeah, I'm not sure if I should stick around.
Incompatible phone, misleading data usage
I just bought a SIM card from this company cause their website said it would work with my phone. But when I tried to activate it, my phone didn't work with it like they said it would. And on top of that, I got a text saying I already used 80 percent of the data within hours of activating it. Then, boom, another text saying I used up all 5GB, which made my service slow. It was so annoying cause I couldn't even use apps like Google Maps properly.
Physical SIM card
Hey there, eh! I've been using this mobile service for a couple of months now, and I gotta say, it's been great. I haven't had any problems at all, and I really like not having to worry about monthly bills anymore. I did see that my old provider is now offering a pre-paid plan, but to be honest, it still doesn't compare to the value I'm getting with this service. I went with the physical SIM card option just to keep things easy, you know? It's been smooth sailing so far!
False Promises
I am really frustrated with the false promises the sales staff made. When I decided to switch, the representative told me my Apple Watch would work with the service. I specifically mentioned my Apple Watch model, and they assured me it would work fine. But after I switched, they told me my Apple Watch couldn't have mobile service. It's really disappointing to be misled like that, especially since I use my watch for emergencies when I'm in the ocean without my phone. It's a bait and switch tactic, and it's not right. I feel totally cheated and betrayed by the sales staff's false information.
Switched one month ago
No problems at all with calls and texts, which is great. I used to have lots of issues with my old provider. I really like the option to pay annually instead of monthly.
Latest Plan Purchase
The customer service help I got with my new plan was amazing. In the past, I've had trouble understanding reps from other companies, but this time it was clear despite the accent. It was nice not having to ask what was said over and over or have difficulty getting my point across. The team was so efficient and professional, making everything easy and stress-free.
Long-term customer
I've been a customer for over four years now and I've mostly had a good experience with the service. The price is great for what you get and the connection is usually reliable. But lately, I've been noticing some spots in my house in Colorado Springs where I can't get a signal. It's been annoying because my phone hasn't changed, so I'm starting to think it might be a carrier signal problem.
I bought a new phone
I got a new phone from this website, but they sent me a used one instead! When I asked for a refund, they said they needed to inspect the phone first. Like, obviously it's used! The person I spoke to said they don't usually send used phones, so why did I get one? Seems suspicious! Also, turns out the return address is a sketchy place with terrible reviews for phones. Why would Mint Mobile use them? I'm really let down.
Budget-friendly plan
The price of the plan I got is really great. I like the good value it gives me. Setting up my voicemail was a bit tricky, but I managed to make it work like I wanted. Even with that little issue, I'm happy with what I bought.
Cell service plan
I just got a new cell phone plan, which I'm mostly happy with in terms of price. I don't use my phone a lot, mainly for calling cabs or using ride-sharing services. But I ran into a problem when I tried to call a cab after about three weeks with the plan. Instead of the usual signal bars, an SOS message came up and the call wouldn't go through. I tried a bunch of times, but each time I had to trek back up three flights of stairs to my apartment to make the call work. Finally, I managed to get through by turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone, but the problem came back when I tried making the call from the lobby where I normally call without issues. It only worked properly when I went outside the building. As a senior with sore knees, it was really frustrating having to go up and down 98 steps just to make a simple call.
3-month prepayment for phone service
I've had a really positive experience with Mint Mobile. The 3-month prepayment option has been super helpful for me financially, helping me save more money compared to my old provider. The service quality has been top-notch, no dropped calls or bad reception. The pricing is fair and I feel like I'm getting good bang for my buck. Getting my SIM card was quick and easy, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm happy with Mint Mobile and would definitely suggest it to anyone in need of affordable and reliable phone service.
Family plan switch
I've been using their service for a few months now and I gotta say, I absolutely love it! The service has been amazing - plus, I can easily change my plan through the app, which makes it so convenient to add or remove data whenever I want. It's definitely time for the whole family to switch over to this service. Five stars, no doubt!
Working service, budget-friendly, challenging customer service
Hey there, just wanted to say that everything works great in my area with this service - data, calls, and texts are all good. If you're on the hunt for a budget-friendly option, this could be a solid pick. But if good customer service is a big deal for you, you might want to explore some other choices. It can get pretty annoying trying to get through their automated system to actually talk to a real person. The rep I finally chatted with was pretty knowledgeable and helpful, but it was a bit of a headache to get there, especially for basic questions that aren't covered on their website.
Switching carriers
As someone who's been with my old phone company for a while, I was kinda nervous about switching to a new one. Good connections are super important for my job in Real Estate, so I was worried about making the change. But after being with the new company for just a month, I can honestly say it's been smooth sailing. The calls and data have been great, and now I see that I should've switched ages ago. The service from this company has been fantastic, and I'm really happy I made the switch.
Disappointing service
The service I got from Mint Mobile was really bad. I had problems getting a new card, even though I gave all the right numbers. The customer service team had a hard time understanding English, so it was tough to talk to them. I decided to go with another company and can't wait to get my card back.
Quick setup with the help of customer service
I was a bit unsure about changing to a new phone service provider, but my son-in-law managed to talk me into giving Mint Mobile a shot. Thanks to the helpful customer service, I got it all set up on my phone without too much trouble. Honestly, I don't think I could have done it alone, so I'm really thankful for their help. Mint Mobile has been a big step up from my old provider, and now I'm thinking about switching my husband's phone over too. The service has been solid, and I've noticed a real improvement in reception and internet speed.
Plan transfer from another provider
I recently switched from my old provider to Mint Mobile and I gotta say, I'm super happy with their services. Picking out a plan was easy and I found one that fits my needs just right. If you're thinking about cutting down your monthly bills, I really suggest giving Mint Mobile a try.
Switched carrier for cost savings
I just switched to a new phone carrier because I wanted to save some money. The difference in price between my old one and the new one was huge! I was shocked by how much I could save with my new plan. The service and coverage I get with the new carrier are just as good, if not better, than what I had before. I'm really happy with my decision to switch. Thank you, Mint Mobile, for helping me save some money!
Switched from expensive carrier to Mint Mobile
I recently switched from one of those expensive cellphone providers to Mint, and to be honest, I haven't noticed any change in the service quality. My calls don't drop, the data is super fast, and the best part is that I'm now paying way less than before. Mint Mobile is the real deal, eh?
International service issues
Oh man, what a letdown! I shelled out more dough for that international service, but it was a total bust. When I reached out to customer support while I was away, they couldn't sort out the problem. And to top it off, they wouldn't even give me a refund. Such a rip-off!

Improved cell service
I live out in the country, so I wasn't sure if I could find a cell phone provider that would actually work here. But ever since I switched to your service, I've been p... Read onBy: Norene Gutkowski
