I was a bit unsure about changing to a new phone service provider, but my son-in-law managed to talk me into giving Mint Mobile a shot. Thanks to the helpful customer service, I got it all set up on my phone without too much trouble. Honestly, I don't think I could have done it alone, so I'm really thankful for their help. Mint Mobile has been a big step up from my old provider, and now I'm thinking about switching my husband's phone over too. The service has been solid, and I've noticed a real improvement in reception and internet speed.
