Oh my gosh, I got this virtual reality headset from the store and it's amazing! I can watch movies and play games as if I'm really there. The graphics are so good and it's really simple to use. Experience with booking a bus tour in Edinburgh on New Year's Day
I had a super disappointing experience trying to book a bus tour through this company. Everything seemed all good - got confirmation of my booking and they took the money from my account. But on the day I was supposed to go on the tour, no bus in sight! I asked for a refund right away, but it's been almost three weeks and still no money back. This whole situation has got me feeling so frustrated and let down by their service. Definitely regret booking with them, and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

I just got myself a new waterproof fishing jacket and bib set from Grundéns and I'm really happy with it. The materials they used are really great quality, keeping me dry and protected when I'm out on the water. The jacket and bibs are super comfortable, even when I wear them for a long time, and they fit me perfectly. I love all the little details in the design, like the pockets and adjustable straps. Cashmere sweater
I just got a cashmere sweater from this store and let me tell you, I was not happy with how they treated me. The thing didn't even look like the picture online, so I had to call customer service to send it back. There was this lady named Kathleen on the line who made me give all this personal info which was totally unnecessary, only to eventually tell me she can't do anything and to check the website. When I asked her about cancelling a backorder, she couldn't give me clear directions until I complained. And on top of that, she was complaining the entire time and not being professional. Seriously, if you review the call, you'll see what I mean.
