Summer wardrobe, Princess Polly
OMG, I have to share with you guys this awesome clothing line I discovered for my summer looks - it's amazing! I basically bought my entire new summer wardrobe from there and I'm loving it. The clothes are really good quality and they always have sales, so it's pretty budget-friendly. I find myself going back for more because I just can't resist! I feel like a fashion queen whenever I wear their pieces, honestly.

Subscription cancellation issue
I was so annoyed trying to cancel my subscription with Sproutsocial. They don't make it easy - you can't just do it on the website, you have to email them and explain why. It felt like such a hassle and a waste of time. They really seem to want to make it as hard as possible for people to cancel.

I just bought my mom a 6-month book subscription for Christmas, but she only got the first book so far. I tried reaching out to Cratejoy and the seller a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating because I spent $100 and only got one book.

My new stuff
I just received my new items that I ordered online and I am so excited to try them out! The shipping was really slow, it felt like forever for my package to arrive. I was practically dying waiting for it! The quality of what I received is decent, nothing too fancy but it's alright. Later on, I discovered that I could have purchased the same items on Amazon for a much cheaper price! Like, why did I even bother with this store? In the past, I used to find really cool stuff here, but now it's just average. And don't even get me started on the free shipping threshold, who has $89 to spend just to qualify for free shipping? Definitely not me!

Oh my gosh, I got this virtual reality headset from the store and it's amazing! I can watch movies and play games as if I'm really there. The graphics are so good and it's really simple to use. I can't get enough of it, it's like I'm in a completely different world. I totally recommend it to all my friends!

The service I got from Mint Mobile was really bad. I had problems getting a new card, even though I gave all the right numbers. The customer service team had a hard time understanding English, so it was tough to talk to them. I decided to go with another company and can't wait to get my card back.

Experience with booking a bus tour in Edinburgh on New Year's Day
I had a super disappointing experience trying to book a bus tour through this company. Everything seemed all good - got confirmation of my booking and they took the money from my account. But on the day I was supposed to go on the tour, no bus in sight! I asked for a refund right away, but it's been almost three weeks and still no money back. This whole situation has got me feeling so frustrated and let down by their service. Definitely regret booking with them, and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

Waterproof fishing jacket and bib combo
I just got myself a new waterproof fishing jacket and bib set from Grundéns and I'm really happy with it. The materials they used are really great quality, keeping me dry and protected when I'm out on the water. The jacket and bibs are super comfortable, even when I wear them for a long time, and they fit me perfectly. I love all the little details in the design, like the pockets and adjustable straps. I would definitely recommend Grundéns if you're looking for tough and dependable fishing gear.

I got this dress for a party, but it didn't fit properly. When I tried to take it back, they wouldn't let me. I was so disappointed! The customer service was so unhelpful. I hope they improve their return policy!

Cashmere sweater
I just got a cashmere sweater from this store and let me tell you, I was not happy with how they treated me. The thing didn't even look like the picture online, so I had to call customer service to send it back. There was this lady named Kathleen on the line who made me give all this personal info which was totally unnecessary, only to eventually tell me she can't do anything and to check the website. When I asked her about cancelling a backorder, she couldn't give me clear directions until I complained. And on top of that, she was complaining the entire time and not being professional. Seriously, if you review the call, you'll see what I mean.
