    I've been ordering from this company since the 1970s because a doctor first recommended them to me. I always call to place my orders, and I love that there's always a real person who answers the phone. If I have any questions about the products or need to make changes, they're always so helpful and willing to check and provide answers. The last time I called, I had a question about the dog tabs that my dogs have been taking for generations.

    OMG, I just got this super cool sweatshirt and hoodie from that store! I've been shopping there forever, but when I went on their website after not visiting for a bit, it was a disaster! The last review on TrustPilot was from FOUR years ago, can you believe it?! I had to create a whole new account and my address was all messed up, plus they had no record of my past purchases! The chat person tried to assist but even they admitted the website was a disaster. They really need a new webmaster right away!

    B-12 Vitamin Containing Cyanide

    So, I found out that the B-12 vitamin I've been getting from this place for years has cyanide in it. Can you believe that? And apparently, the cyanide sticks around in your body even after you take the vitamin. Plus, some of their stuff has titanium dioxide, which can mess up your DNA and is banned in Europe. I've been using their stuff forever, but now that I know how bad it is, I'm switching to a new supplier. It's pretty upsetting to see a company throw their customers' health under the bus just for money.

    Vital 3 collagen supplement

    I've been using the Vital 3 collagen supplement for a while now because of the pain in my knees, and it's been a big help. It's a bit pricey, so I actually stopped using it once because of the cost, but then I regretted it when the pain came back. I ended up making room in my budget for it again, and I haven't looked back since. I just wish this collagen stuff could work as well for your skin as it does for joint pain - that would be amazing!

    The stuff they got on this online store is alright, but they could totally have more options. Even with some discounts and sales, I think they could step up their game with more deals.     Discovered these multivitamins back in '73 and have been relying on them ever since. Never had any problems ordering online until recently, with so many items out of stock because of the virus. The quality of the products is top-notch and the customer service in the USA is fantastic. We started using them when we were young and now as older folks, they are crucial for our health.     Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz

    I recently bought the Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz from the store. But when I got my order, I was let down to see that I got the wrong product. Instead of the 5 boxes of cream I wanted, I got 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution and a 2oz tube of the right product. I emailed Customer Service three times, but they haven't replied. I'm not happy with the service. I hope they fix this soon.

The person I talked to was super helpful and even placed an order for me to make sure I got it first when it came back in stock. I really liked that personal touch, especially in such uncertain times. The Vitamin E was restocked in about 2 weeks, and they shipped my order to me for free.     Vital 3 purchase, Covid 19 delays

    I recently bought some Vital 3 on March 21st because I was looking to improve my flexibility and avoid any joint issues. But, the package didn't show up when expected. I reached out to the company, and they quickly sent out a new one. To my surprise, the original package showed up today too! I'm impressed with how the company is handling things during Covid 19. Now I just need to figure out how to pay for the extra package.

    I just bought some multivitamins from that store and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. The folks there were super nice, always polite, and happy to answer any questions I had. The stuff I bought was good quality and I was happy with my purchase. Although, I did get a bit annoyed when they ran out of stock for a bit. They said it was because they're really careful about quality, which is cool and all, but it was still kind of a pain.
