Tablet firmware issue
The firmware for my tablet is only accessible to folks in China, so us in Europe are left in the dark when it comes to updating our devices. I tried contacting TekniSTORE for help in getting the firmware for my PIPO W12 tablet, but they weren't able to assist. It's frustrating and unfair for us customers outside of China. It feels like a punch in the gut to be denied access to crucial updates.

Online interior design tool
I've been using this interior design tool online since 2017, and I signed up as a member that same year. I really like how I can customize it by adding my own textures and coming up with new ideas when the catalog doesn't have what I need. It's helped me get creative and try out different designs. I definitely suggest giving this tool a go if you want to take control of your home decor.

Vital 3 purchase, Covid 19 delays
I recently bought some Vital 3 on March 21st because I was looking to improve my flexibility and avoid any joint issues. But, the package didn't show up when expected. I reached out to the company, and they quickly sent out a new one. To my surprise, the original package showed up today too! I'm impressed with how the company is handling things during Covid 19. Now I just need to figure out how to pay for the extra package.
