    Warranty on appliance

    I bought a 5-year warranty for my new appliance but ended up not needing it. It was $129.99, and when I asked for half back, I had a tough time. The customer service folks weren't much help, only after I asked for a manager did they tell me to call the warranty department. Sadly, Kevin Maddox, the guy who sold me the appliance, didn't respond and didn't help me out. I was pretty disappointed by his lack of follow-through, especially since he was so eager to make the sale in the first place.

    Foldable Universal Screen Amplifiers

    This company is a total scam, so stay away! I made the mistake of ordering five foldable universal screen amplifiers from them and ended up never getting my stuff even after waiting for five weeks. They didn't give me any contact info like an address or phone number, and when I tried to find out about my order, they were nowhere to be found. All I got from them were automated emails saying my items were coming, but they never showed up. When I found out they were in Hong Kong, I knew I was scammed. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for your electronic gear.

    Frame jeans hole after wash

    Yeah, so I splurged on these fancy pants for like $300 and you won't believe it - they got a huge hole in them after just a couple washes! Like, who knew pants could be so delicate, right? I contacted the company higher-ups and they had the audacity to say it's normal for holes to happen. Can you imagine? Such a rip-off!

    Women's long sleeve baseball top

    I bought a women's long sleeve baseball top from your store the other day, but when I got it home, I was kinda bummed to see that the style had been updated and it was almost like a cropped top now. That just doesn't work for me, so I had to bring it back. But I gotta give a shoutout to the folks in the store - they were super nice and really helped me out. They gave me a refund, no problem at all. So, kudos to them!

    Leggings and sports bra

    I gotta tell ya, I bought some leggings and a sports bra from this company recently, and man, it's been a total nightmare. I wasn't happy with how they fit, so I decided to return them. But ever since then, it's been problem after problem. It's been two whole months and I still haven't gotten my refund. Customer service has been zero help, saying they can't find the package and that it's still being processed. But get this, I did some digging and turns out the package was delivered to them two months ago. Canada Post confirmed it and even got a signature from the person who got it at the company. It just doesn't sit right with me that a big company would act so shady and dishonest.

    Refund issue with returned items

    So I had this really crappy experience trying to get my money back for something I sent back. I did all the steps they told me to do for the return, like registering it online and sending back the boots that cost $106.99. But it's been almost 3 months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've had to bug them constantly for updates and now they're saying I need a receipt from the post office, but I never got one. I've asked twice now to make a formal complaint, but they haven't even acknowledged my requests. It's frustrating as heck!

    I ordered this lotion from BRONSON on February 16th and it arrived on February 22nd, which is super fast considering I live in NZ. I've been using this lotion for about 2 years now and it's seriously the best one I've ever tried. It's so soothing and makes my skin feel amazing. Thanks, BRONSON!

    Espresso machine with defective built-in grinder

    I just bought this espresso machine that comes with a grinder and it turns out that the grinder doesn't work at all. It's kind of frustrating because the whole machine is basically useless without it. I reached out to customer support by submitting a case but all I got was an automated email saying they would get back to me in 2 business days. Well, it's been a week now and still no response. When I tried calling their customer service line, I was put on hold and then told to schedule a callback. But from what I've read in other reviews, getting an actual callback is a rarity.

    Reasonable VPN, RAM servers, expand servers, competitive prices

    As a customer, I think the VPN service works pretty well and the speeds are decent. But I do think there's room to make it better. It would be great if they switched to RAM servers to make things more secure and private for us users. Having more servers to choose from would also be good, giving us more options to connect and making things work better overall. Even though there are things that could be better, I do like that the prices are competitive, especially during sales.     Screen protector fail

    Oh my gosh, I'm so frustrated at the moment! I bought this screen protector, tried to apply it on my phone, and the UV light wasn't working! Now my phone is all sticky and it feels like it's jinxed. I need a refund right away before it damages my new phone.
