Carpet and rug purchase
I recently bought a carpet and rug from the store and had the pleasure of working with two amazing associates. Cynthia Berg helped me with matching the colors, making sure I didn't order the wrong items that might have caused damage compared to the floor samples. She also checked in with me to see if I liked how the rug looked in my home. She even fixed an error on my bill to match a discounted price and quickly gave me a refund. Scott Dodge was also super helpful in picking out the right grade of carpet and pad for my office. He made sure the installation date worked for my schedule and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. Both of them really went the extra mile in providing top-notch customer service and making sure I was completely happy with my purchase.
Carpet purchase for entire house
This was my first time shopping at the store and lemme tell ya, I was pretty darn impressed with the service I got. From the second I walked in to check out the carpets to when they were all installed, every person I talked to was super nice, knew their stuff, and just made me feel welcome. Gregory Wilson, the sales guy in the Flooring department, was a real gem. He helped me pick out what I needed and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The end result was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality flooring and top-notch customer service.
Recent flooring purchase
I just bought some flooring from this store and I gotta say, the whole experience was amazing. The Pure-Tech and Smart-Strand products I got are top-notch quality and really changed up the whole look of my home. Van and Steve, the folks on the sales team, really know their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect flooring for my place. They were super helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me some great advice. Overall, I'm super pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of some quality flooring.
Bedroom furniture set
My experience with the customer service at this store was amazing. The staff knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect bedroom furniture set for my home. Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me updated the whole time. The delivery was quick, and the delivery folks were friendly and fast. The only hiccup was that a few screws were missing, which made putting everything together a bit tricky. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Credit card issue
I was freaking out because someone hacked into my credit card and account. Scary stuff, you know? So, I gave the company a call and talked to this lady, who was just meh, not all that helpful. She was like, "Don't worry, I'll fix it." But didn't tell me how I'd know when it's fixed. It's been a while now and I'm still not sure if everything's back to normal with my account. The website says to go to the store, but that's a pain when it comes to credit card stuff.
Bought a dishwasher
I really enjoy going to RC Willey's to pick up things for my home. They have such a great selection and variety, especially when it comes to dishwashers. Some models I can't find anywhere else. The staff are super friendly and always help me find what I'm looking for. They deliver my new dishwasher for free, but they charge too much to set it up. I think that's a bit ridiculous, so I just have it delivered and then ask someone I know to do the set up for me.
Flooring purchase with Cynthia in Boise
I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia over at the Boise location when I was buying flooring for my house, and let me tell you, she was amazing. Her knowledge and suggestions really helped me pick out the perfect product for my home. I was grateful for her patience as we brought home multiple samples, but she really knew what she was talking about when it came to design. If you're in the market for flooring, I definitely suggest you go see Cynthia at that location.
Sectional sofa purchase
When I went to R.C. Willey to buy my sectional sofa, I was so impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the sales staff was. The lady who assisted me knew everything about the different products and made the whole process so easy. She listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect sofa without any hassle. She even checked for discounts or promotions to help me save some money. The service I got was amazing and made shopping for my sofa a great experience.
Living and Dining Room Furniture Purchase
I just moved to Idaho and decided to check out R.C. Willey for some new living and dining room furniture. The salesperson there really went out of their way to help us find the right pieces that fit our style and budget. They spent a good 3 hours with us, going through all the options and giving us advice so we could make the best choices. We felt like they really cared about us and our needs as customers, and we couldn't be happier with our new furniture.
Delivery experience
The two delivery guys who showed up at my place were amazing. They let me know when they were coming, were so professional and nice even though I wasn't at my best, and really went out of their way to make sure my stuff got to me without any issues. I was super thankful for their great service.
New bed purchase
Buying a new bed after 24 years was pretty overwhelming, but Christopher Aguirre, the sales guy we dealt with, made it a lot easier and more fun. He took the time to answer all our questions, gave us lots of info, and really seemed to care about helping us pick the right bed. It's not often you come across such great customer service nowadays, and we were really grateful for all his help. Thanks a ton, Christopher!
Warranty on appliance
I bought a 5-year warranty for my new appliance but ended up not needing it. It was $129.99, and when I asked for half back, I had a tough time. The customer service folks weren't much help, only after I asked for a manager did they tell me to call the warranty department. Sadly, Kevin Maddox, the guy who sold me the appliance, didn't respond and didn't help me out. I was pretty disappointed by his lack of follow-through, especially since he was so eager to make the sale in the first place.
Bedroom furniture set
I had a terrible experience with online ordering at R.C. Willey. I placed an order thinking it would be ready for pickup in 1-2 days, but turns out they messed up my order. I called like they told me to, but they said to call back the next day because of their online system problems. Called back the next day and they said they never processed my order, now I have to wait even longer, 2-3 more days. This is not cool and now I'm questioning if I can trust their online ordering. I just hope when my order finally comes, it's right and in good shape.
New flooring purchase
I just bought some new flooring from a salesperson at the store and it was a really great experience! They knew a lot about all the different types of flooring and helped me pick out the perfect one for my home. They really listened to what I needed and made sure I had all the info to make the right choice. It was a smooth and easy process, all thanks to their knowledge and helpfulness.
Desk chair
I went to the store to buy a desk chair and it was a really good experience! The staff member who helped me was so friendly and not at all pushy. They gave me space to make my decision and didn't rush me. It was fantastic!

We just got some new carpet from this store and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. Adam, the guy helping us out, was awesome. He knew his stuff, was super friendly, and made everything really easy. They had so many different carpets to choose from, but we found the perfect one for our place. The quality is top-notch, and we're really satisfied with our buy.
Bedroom furniture set
My husband and I recently bought a bedroom furniture set from this store, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The sales people were nice and helpful at first, but when I asked about the sale price, things went downhill. After comparing prices with another store selling the same set, I found out this store's price was the same as the other store's regular price. When I mentioned this to the salesperson, instead of trying to fix things or find a solution, they actually suggested I go buy it at the other store. Can you believe that? Needless to say, we won't be shopping at this store again.
I bought a carpet
So, I got a carpet from this place and it arrived and got set up right on time. They did a really good job, it was impressive. The salesperson, Krista Golden, was amazing and really helpful. She was so cool and made everything simple and easy.
