Review about: Eyeglasses
Incorrect order, poor customer service
My time dealing with this company was just awful. I ordered a pair of glasses and ended up waiting 3 whole months for the wrong ones with scratched frames to arrive. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, text, and phone calls, but got no reply at all. The boss, Sam I think his name is, was so rude and unprofessional. Can you believe he even asked me for more money after I already spent $300? It was a total nightmare trying to sort things out with them.

Oil Change Service
Oh man, so I went to this place to get my oil changed and let me tell you, the service was terrible. They charged me $103 and claimed they checked my coolant and windshield fluid, but they totally didn't do it! My cabin air filter needed to be replaced, but they told me it was fine. I am not happy with this at all. They should seriously rename themselves to "Canada's Most Dishonest Garage".

This place is so awesome. We've got all sorts of things here, like couches and patio furniture. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. We just let them know what we're looking for and they show us around. Every time we come here, everything goes really well.

Delayed Delivery Experience
Sorry, but the delivery service from this store has been a real letdown for me. I ordered something a month ago and they said it would come on May 25th. But then, on delivery day, I got an email saying it was delayed another week. It's been super annoying cause I really needed it fast. The bad communication and reliability from the delivery service has me thinking twice about shopping there again.

Overnight stay at a hotel in George Square, Glasgow
I made a reservation for one night at a hotel in George Square, Glasgow, hoping for a nice view of the Square decorated with Christmas lights, but the room ended up overlooking a car park instead. The bathroom had black mold and the artex on the ceiling was peeling off, plus a broken safe and radiator. The room overall was in really bad shape. The menu was nowhere to be found, and the staff weren't very helpful. We decided to head over to a nearby Premier Inn for breakfast because we were really unhappy with our stay at the hotel. All in all, it was a huge letdown and we couldn't wait to leave.

$970 dress purchase
I bought this expensive dress and it took forever to arrive – like a whole week! And when it finally got here, it was just thrown in a plastic bag inside another plastic bag. It was crumpled up so bad, I swear it looked like it went through a tornado. I could have easily bought the same dress from somewhere else that would have packaged it nicely with tissue paper and a nice note. So disappointing, eh.

Malware detection and removal service
This company totally messed up trying to get rid of the malware on our website. And even after they tried to fix it, the same problems kept coming back. And to top it all off, they had the nerve to tell us everything was fine when I was still having issues. Their service is not just ineffective, it's also way too expensive, especially when you end up having to hire someone else to actually do the job right. Plus, the customer service people were so rude and unhelpful the whole time.

Parka Jacket
I ordered a Parka Jacket online, but it got stuck at customs with no idea when it will arrive, just saying 'delayed'. When I called customer service, they said they would let me know when it's coming, but never did. Even after 24 hours and another call, they still didn't seem to care about inconveniencing me as a customer. Pretty disappointing for a brand that's supposed to be top-notch.

These contact lenses are just incredible! I've bought a few pairs in the past month, and let me tell you, they are so vibrant and amazing.
