My purchase was an Arctic Parka for winter
I love my new winter parka, it's seriously the best! It keeps me super warm and cozy when I'm out playing in the snow with my friends. The quality is amazing, I think it's gonna last me a really long time. I'm just so thrilled with my purchase!
Expensive coat purchase
I bought a coat from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. I spent a good chunk of money on what I expected to be a top-notch coat, but when it came to getting some help afterwards, there was none to be found. I was pretty ticked off about it, especially since I paid a pretty penny for the coat. And now, less than a year later, the coat is all messed up and I've got no clue on how to fix it since no one offered me any advice or suggestions.

Oh man, this jacket has been a game-changer for me, eh. I got it way back in '89 for a sweet honeymoon/fishing trip down in Mexico, and let me tell you, it's been through it all with me. From camping up in the mountains to hauling in the big catches on my boat, this jacket has really held up over the years. The zippers still work like a charm, the hood zips right into the collar smoothly, and there ain't no holes in the pockets. The only thing that's worn out is the tag inside, but besides that, this jacket is still in mint condition. Now that I'm 70, I can honestly say that this jacket has been my trusty sidekick for all my outdoor adventures. I can't recommend it enough to anyone in need of a tough, reliable jacket that'll stick with you for life.
Refund delay and customs issue
Should've checked out the reviews before ordering online. Sent back my item more than two weeks ago and now it's stuck in customs for over 10 days with no end in sight. Super frustrating and disappointing that there's been no communication about my refund.
Hiking boots broke
I bought these new hiking boots and as soon as I tried to tie the laces, both buckles on both shoes fell off! It was the worst thing ever! I could have gotten better boots for like $20. Mom was so mad at me for wasting my money.
Black Friday order cancellation
So, I recently bought something during Black Friday, but then a week later they cancelled my order. They said the item wasn't actually available, which totally bummed me out. And to make it worse, after the Black Friday deal was over, I saw that all the stuff was back in stock at full price. I not only missed out on what I wanted, but I lost out on the discount too. And on top of that, the money they put on hold for my order stayed stuck there for two days after the cancellation, which was super annoying. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but it's been five days and still no response. This whole lack of customer service and bad experience has left me completely unsatisfied with the company.
Online order for a jacket
I bought a jacket online and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was so disappointing. They couldn't even help me properly with my order, and they were just plain rude the whole time. When I asked to talk to the manager, they told me she was in a meeting, which makes me wonder how they run things there. Trying to return the jacket has been a total nightmare, and I'm getting nowhere with it. It's clear that they have problems making customers happy and fixing issues quickly. Looking back, I really wish I had read the reviews before buying anything from them. It would have saved me from this whole mess.
Refund issue
I bought a jacket from this store and had to return it. They told me they'd refund my money by email, but it's been weeks and I haven't seen the refund on my credit card yet. I guess I'll have to get my credit card company involved to sort things out. It's disappointing because this store used to be good.
Coat purchase
I just bought a coat from the store and let me tell you, it's amazing! The quality and design are perfect. It's been keeping me nice and warm in the freezing Canadian winters. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Down feather parka
So, I found this adorable down feather parka on sale at a really great price. But honestly, it ended up being a total waste of money! As soon as I started wearing it, feathers starting flying out everywhere and getting stuck to all my clothes. I have to bring a lint roller with me everywhere just to clean up after wearing it for a few minutes! I even reached out to customer service with some pictures and they basically told me it's normal shedding. Can you believe that? I paid good money for it, I expected way better quality. I'm really disappointed and definitely won't be shopping there again.
Jacket
I just bought a jacket from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service I got. They told me when it was supposed to arrive, but I knew I wouldn't be home. When I tried to get in touch to change the delivery time, the person I talked to was super rude and not helpful at all. They even tried to blame me for ordering late in the week. As someone who's paying for their stuff, I don't think it's right to be treated that way.
Parkas for Christmas
I was hoping to grab some parkas for Christmas for everyone in my family, but we still haven't received them! It's already December 27th! And some of them are even out of stock, so we won't be getting the one we really wanted. What's the point of ordering from this place? We should have just stuck with Canada Goose or Knuckles. It's been such a letdown and has put a damper on our holiday season. And the customer service on the phone was completely useless. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
Parka Jacket
I ordered a Parka Jacket online, but it got stuck at customs with no idea when it will arrive, just saying 'delayed'. When I called customer service, they said they would let me know when it's coming, but never did. Even after 24 hours and another call, they still didn't seem to care about inconveniencing me as a customer. Pretty disappointing for a brand that's supposed to be top-notch.

I bought their fancy fabric jacket not long ago, and honestly, it's just not worth the money. Just after one winter, the fabric started fading like crazy, now my jacket looks all worn out. When I talked to customer service about it, they basically said, "Sorry, tough luck." Well, I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Jacket
I bought a jacket from your store not too long ago and had a bad time trying to return it. Even though you say returns are free, it was a huge hassle for me because the return address was in Italy. This meant I had to pay extra and deal with annoying customs stuff to send it back. Now my items are stuck somewhere in transit because EU customs can't get a hold of the company. I'm worried I won't make the return deadline and it looks like the company might not even give me a refund.
Quality clothing
I just bought some stuff and I gotta say, the clothes are really good quality. The shirts I got are top-notch and it's obvious that they're built to last. Can't wait to rock the sweatshirt I bought this weekend. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing, I'm super happy with my purchase. Plus, the shipping was surprisingly quick, which was a nice bonus.
