Subscription renewal
I've been a subscriber of this platform for a long time now, and I've seen a lot of changes over the years. Lately, though, some of the updates have made me wonder if my subscription is really worth it. Getting rid of the 30-day free trial, the friend referral feature, and now charging for courses that used to be free has left me feeling let down. It looks like the platform is heading in a more commercial direction, and that's too bad because I used to tell all my friends about it.

My experience with the customer service rep was awesome! They knew their stuff and were super helpful in getting my virtual server hosting set up. I had some tech questions and they answered them all perfectly. They were great at communicating and made all the technical stuff easy to understand. Online order for a jacket
I bought a jacket online and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was so disappointing. They couldn't even help me properly with my order, and they were just plain rude the whole time. When I asked to talk to the manager, they told me she was in a meeting, which makes me wonder how they run things there. Trying to return the jacket has been a total nightmare, and I'm getting nowhere with it. It's clear that they have problems making customers happy and fixing issues quickly. Looking back, I really wish I had read the reviews before buying anything from them. It would have saved me from this whole mess.
