Variety of classes, valuable articles, slow download
The online platform's library has a bunch of different yoga classes to pick from, which is great 'cause it suits whatever I need on any day. The articles in there are also super informative and make my experience even better. But one downside is sometimes the classes take forever to download, even though my internet is usually fine on other sites.

By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated, refreshed, and truly alive with a sense of glittering vitality that I haven't felt in a long time, you know what I'm saying?

I totally love Yoga International! There are some amazing instructors who give fresh ideas and twists to routines that I thought I knew inside out. I really enjoy the mix of classes available, especially because I'm rehabbing from knee surgery and can't do all the poses I used to. It's crucial to keep up the practice, even if I have to modify it, and the instructors here always cheer me on. I feel like they've got my back at every step of the way, no matter my ability level.
Yoga training program
The yoga training program was really great! It had so many different classes and meditations to choose from. But, gotta say, the bugs in the app were a bit annoying. Like, sometimes it would freeze or rewind at the worst times, like during shavasana or meditation. Totally messed with my vibe, you know? And I've got good Wi-Fi, so it's not a connection issue.
Maybe they could add a feature where you can download stuff temporarily or fully to avoid these interruptions. And for the recorded courses, it would be nice if they could cut out the parts meant for live students only.
But, tech problems aside, I really enjoyed the program and can't wait for more retreats or longer programs in the future.Yoga class experience
The yoga class I went to was a good mix of tough and informative. The teacher really broke down the moves and explained how they help your body. But I have to admit, I was a bit surprised by how hard the workout was, especially since I'm just getting started. Still, I had a great time and learned a lot from the class.

I just found this awesome online platform for yoga classes and I gotta say, I'm totally hooked! The website is really easy to use and has tons of different classes to pick from, so it's easy to fit yoga into my daily routine. Seven-day trial experience
I tried the seven-day trial at this platform recently, and I have to say I was really impressed with the different teachers and courses they have. With COVID-19 closing down my favourite yoga studio and my work going all virtual, I kinda let my yoga practice slide for a bit. But now, with these quick 15-minute workouts I can fit in during my workday, I feel more energized and ready to tackle my tasks. In just one week, my back pain has gotten so much better, and my sleep has improved too. I've made the longer courses a part of my daily routine now, doing morning and evening practices to keep myself feeling good overall.
Free trial experience corrected
At first, I thought the free trial was a scam because of email issues. But once I got in touch with customer service and explained everything, they totally got it and were so patient. Even though I was annoyed, they stayed professional and fixed the problem quickly. I'm grateful for how much they care about making customers happy and how they were quick to make things right.
Yoga classes for different levels and styles
I really enjoy all the different instructors and styles they have on this site - there's always something new to try. The classes are fun and engaging, and the articles and workshops are really interesting as well. I just wish I had more time to take advantage of everything this site has to offer.
Yin class with a unique twist
I was at a Yin class not long ago that was so different from any other I've been to. The instructor really got into themes about personal growth and the new moon, making it extra special. As someone into astrology, I loved how she made those connections. Her advice about owning up to our mistakes really struck a chord with me. The class was refreshing and motivating, and I left feeling totally rejuvenated.
My go-to yoga classes
I absolutely love the classes at this place, they really push me and leave me feeling great afterwards. The instructors are fantastic and always throw in some new elements to keep it fun. Hatha classes are definitely my favorite. I'm just so thankful for this place!
