Journal and planner
I just bought a journal and planner from this company, and let me tell you, I'm seriously impressed with how awesome they are. The design is top-notch, making it a breeze to organize my days and set goals like a pro. The uplifting quotes and prompts in there have been a game-changer, keeping me motivated and on point. I'd totally suggest these products to anyone wanting to boost their productivity and feel better overall.
Journal purchase
So I bought this huge, heavy yoga journal that turned out to be super dull and not worth it at all! And then, it gets even worse. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Can you believe they didn't even have a return address on their website? And this person named Sasheen completely ignored my emails. When I finally found an address and shipped it back, I had to fork out £11 for shipping. And you know what's crazy? They only offered me a store credit instead of a refund! Can you believe that? I don't want a store credit from a company that treats their customers so poorly. I'm so annoyed, I might even consider taking legal action. Seriously, steer clear of this company, they have zero concern for their customers!
Overpriced, poor quality planner
I was really hopeful about this planner, but it ended up being a big letdown. It was way too big and heavy, and honestly, it just didn't spark any creativity or motivation. Plus, the quality was not great, and I discovered cheaper journals that were way better. And don't even get me started on their return policy - super frustrating and unfair. I'm definitely not buying from them again, and I'll be reaching out to my credit card company for a refund.
Business planner purchase
Hey there, I bought a business planner from this company because a pro recommended it, but it's already December and it looks like my order has disappeared into thin air. I haven't gotten any tracking info yet, and the customer service team is taking forever to get back to me. So, I'm pretty fed up and I've decided to ask for a refund. This whole situation has been a major letdown, and I won't be buying from this company again.
Placed order on November 25th
I made a purchase on November 25th and I'm pretty bummed out because I still haven't received my order. The website said it would be delivered in 48 hours by Royal Mail, but it's been longer than that. I shelled out extra for delivery, thinking it would come on time. But the company hasn't been keeping me in the loop, which just makes me even more annoyed about the whole situation.
