So, I got some things, eh? And you know, it took a bit to get updates on tracking, but I chatted with customer service and they said all was good. Surprisingly, my stuff came earlier than expected, which was nice. When I opened the package, there were 6 items inside and they were smaller than I expected, but good quality, eh.

I contacted customer service at eBags, gave them all the info and pics they needed, and was pleasantly surprised when they quickly sent me a brand new bag just like the old one. I am super impressed and happy with their service and will definitely shop with them again.

Two pairs of climbing shoes
As someone who has climbed for a while now, I've tested out a bunch of climbing shoes. Gotta say, the two pairs I got from this place were seriously top-notch. The first pair? Perfect for smearing, toe hooking, and heel hooking. They lasted me more than two years of regular climbing, both inside and out. The second pair wasn't the best for gym climbing, but man, they really shone outside on those smaller footholds. All in all, I'm happy with both pairs and would totally suggest them to other climbers looking for quality kicks.

Stylish sunglasses
I just got a new pair of cool sunglasses from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty satisfied with them overall. They look awesome and I'm really looking forward to rocking them in the summer. But, my excitement kinda took a hit when I saw the case they came in - not impressed. It's super flimsy and I'm not convinced it's gonna keep my shades safe, especially considering how much they cost.

Roman Shade project materials
This online fabric store has been such a disappointment. I spent about $100 on materials for my Roman Shade project, but I've only gotten the decor fabric so far. The other stuff I need still hasn't shown up, and on top of that, they won't even respond when I try to contact them. It's so frustrating to just be left hanging with no idea when I'll get my order. On the flip side, when I bought from Sailrite, they kept me in the loop with updates on my order. If I had known how bad this fabric store was, I never would have bought from them. I'd warn anyone thinking about shopping here to be super careful and do some serious research. Not keeping customers in the loop and ignoring their concerns is totally not okay.

Keurig Supreme and Supreme Plus models
I recently bought both the Keurig Supreme and Supreme Plus models in December 2022, and let me tell you, it hasn't been smooth sailing. I've already gone through three units of each model, and all three decided to give me the "add water" error message even when they had enough water inside. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested changing the water tank, which just didn't seem right to me because the issue seemed more complex than that. The customer service rep I talked to was nice, but at the end of the day, these machines just weren't cutting it. Looking back, I probably should have gone with a Nespresso machine instead. I've heard they're more reliable and better quality compared to Keurig.
