Fabrics
I was a little unsure about ordering from this online fabric store, but I thought I'd give it a shot. After placing my order, I waited a few days and didn't hear anything. So, I contacted customer service and they were super quick to respond and really helpful. They let me know that most of my order had already been shipped, but one item was out of stock. They gave me a refund for that item right away and cancelled it. The only downside was that the shipping fee was a bit high, but since I'm on the west coast, the express service was totally worth it. I got my order in no time.
Multiple Orders, Generous Cuts
Eh, I've bought stuff from this online fabric shop a bunch of times now, and honestly, I've been really impressed every time. The fabric is top-notch, and the service is always on point. The cuts are nice and big, which is great since a little hand-cut wonkiness is totally normal. Plus, they always deliver right on time like they say. I really dig the care they put into everything and the overall quality of their stuff.
I bought fabric for a DIY project
Oh my gosh, this store is seriously the worst! I waited for weeks for my order, and then they just went and canceled it without sending me anything. I was so frustrated, like why would they do that to me? I definitely won't be shopping here again.
108 tulle fabric
I recently ordered 2 bolts of 108 tulle fabric from an online store and it didn't go well. I placed the order on April 19th and waited patiently, but by April 29th, my fabric still hadn't arrived. So, I reached out to customer service for an update and was told that the fabric was actually out of stock, despite the confirmation email I had received. It was frustrating to learn about this so late in the game. The customer service I received was unhelpful and rude, one representative even hung up on me. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
Drapery fabric and lining material
Eh, so I ordered these fabrics, ya know? And they were all like "yeah, we got it" but then it turns out they were out of stock! And they didn't even tell me until 11 days after I placed my order! So annoying, eh? And then when I canceled, they still shipped part of my order and charged me for shipping! Like, what even?! So messed up. I had a bad experience with them before, too. Never ever ordering from here again, eh!
Fabrics for a DIY project
Listen, I ordered some fabrics from this online store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster from start to finish. I got a confirmation email, but guess what? No tracking numbers. When the package finally arrived, more than half of my order was missing. I reached out to them, and they had the nerve to tell me that the missing items were backordered. Seriously? It had been over a week since I made the purchase! I emailed them back, demanding to know why there was no way for me to know if items were out of stock or when they would be delivered, and all I got was some sorry excuse. Then they had the audacity to tell me that one item was backordered for a whole month! Each day that followed, I received yet another email informing me of yet another backordered item. Ridiculous. Honestly, this online store is a complete mess.
Fabric Order
This online fabric store has totally ticked me off with their terrible customer service. I ordered some fabric way back on May 1st, and now it's June 25th with not a peep about where my order is at. I tried looking online, but no dice. I even shot off two emails on different days asking about my order, but got zero responses. It wasn't until I threw in the towel and cancelled the order that I heard back. Dealing with this store has been a headache, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Unacknowledged order, long delay
I recently bought some fabric online, but never got a confirmation that they got my order. I tried calling and emailing them, but had to wait forever and never heard back. So, I went and bought the fabric somewhere else and got it right away. Then, like a month and a half later, my package from the online fabric store finally showed up, super late. This whole thing has just been a huge headache and letdown.
Fabric
I was super bummed with my experience at this online fabric shop. I bought some fabric and was told not just once, not twice, but three times by two different peeps that they refunded me. But, when I checked my credit card statement, no refund in sight. It's super sketchy and not cool to be treated like that. Now I gotta deal with the headache of disputing it with my credit card company. I thought this store would have better customer service and be more honest, but man, was I let down.
Fabric order
I was so frustrated with my experience ordering fabric from this store, eh. I ordered a specific fabric, only to find out it was on backorder. When it finally came back in stock, I was told it would ship out that day, but nope, it didn't. After calling for the second time, they promised it would ship out that day, but once again, it didn't. The whole process was a complete mess and I was feeling disappointed and annoyed, you know? Thankfully, the customer service reps were friendly and tried to be helpful, but that didn't make up for the lack of efficiency in fulfilling my order, eh.
Roman Shade project materials
This online fabric store has been such a disappointment. I spent about $100 on materials for my Roman Shade project, but I've only gotten the decor fabric so far. The other stuff I need still hasn't shown up, and on top of that, they won't even respond when I try to contact them. It's so frustrating to just be left hanging with no idea when I'll get my order. On the flip side, when I bought from Sailrite, they kept me in the loop with updates on my order. If I had known how bad this fabric store was, I never would have bought from them. I'd warn anyone thinking about shopping here to be super careful and do some serious research. Not keeping customers in the loop and ignoring their concerns is totally not okay.
