Online Fabric Store - Reviews and experiences

I'm really upset about my recent purchase of black felt fabric from this online shop. It's been almost two months since I ordered it and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but haven't heard anything back about where my order is. It's just really disappointing and annoying that they haven't been keeping me updated or sending me the product I paid for.

This online fabric store has totally ticked me off with their terrible customer service. I ordered some fabric way back on May 1st, and now it's June 25th with not a peep about where my order is at. I tried looking online, but no dice. I even shot off two emails on different days asking about my order, but got zero responses. It wasn't until I threw in the towel and cancelled the order that I heard back. Dealing with this store has been a headache, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I recently bought some fabric online, but never got a confirmation that they got my order. I tried calling and emailing them, but had to wait forever and never heard back. So, I went and bought the fabric somewhere else and got it right away. Then, like a month and a half later, my package from the online fabric store finally showed up, super late. This whole thing has just been a huge headache and letdown.

This online fabric store has been such a disappointment. I spent about $100 on materials for my Roman Shade project, but I've only gotten the decor fabric so far. The other stuff I need still hasn't shown up, and on top of that, they won't even respond when I try to contact them. It's so frustrating to just be left hanging with no idea when I'll get my order. On the flip side, when I bought from Sailrite, they kept me in the loop with updates on my order. If I had known how bad this fabric store was, I never would have bought from them. I'd warn anyone thinking about shopping here to be super careful and do some serious research. Not keeping customers in the loop and ignoring their concerns is totally not okay.
