Random little win

Friend recommended, instant smile, eh

Late-ish delivery

Not great, still waiting — I found it on Reddit.

Surprisingly decent

Bought this last month to use daily. First touch felt a bit synthetic, not true leather, but it broke in nicely and sits comfortable on my lap. Not perfect, but honestly I'm glad I kept it.

Tiny package, tiny relief

Needed a GPU for editing after mine died; tiny package, tiny worry, then it booted—actual relief.

Thought I knew better

I had doubts before purchasing, thought something was off. Used it last week; first impression good. It was my mistake — grateful they stayed calm enough.

Works as advertised

Works as advertised; good for my daily prep — seller replied quickly and product matches description, reliable.

Decent steal, slow delivery

Worth it overall — the top looks legit and I’m glad I ordered it, but it took six weeks to arrive. Paid $16, so great value; wish shipping was faster next time I'll track it

Tiny win

Okay, so I spotted this on Instagram and ordered to humour my roommate — figured it'd be a joke. Delivery came tracked, tiny bit of cardboard inside, but weirdly that little square fit my heirloom ring perfectly. That's when I was sold.

Almost lost my cool, then relieved

Needed a mattress for my bad back before a move, so I was tense. Tracking looked bogus and post office couldn't find it, but then the delivery guy showed up — I was relieved, happy; finally felt the whole thing was worth it.

Almost a mess, but fixed

I actually panicked at first. My order didn't show up, so I messaged them. Took a bit, but a friendly rep refunded quickly and suggested a cheaper alternative. I've had worse experiences with other shops, so I'm happy it worked out the end.

Finally sorted, kind of

Stood in my kitchen staring at trainers that didn’t fit — after a week of back-and-forth I finally got a partial refund. Ordering system was a maze, messages went round and round, return-to-China nonsense, but it works enough for now.

Late delivery, thin service

quick checkout, seemed fine. Delivery dragged on though, took ages and tracking barely updated. Customer service was worse — slow replies and they clearly sided with sellers when I filed a dispute. Also a lot of items weren’t leather like listed, and returns under about $30 aren’t accepted, you just get a small coupon. Not perfect, but some items are usable.

Bought on a hunch

I was on the fence before buying — price looked good but I kept thinking maybe it's too good. I ordered anyway. It arrived quicker than expected and the packaging was tidy, which is a weird plus. I tried it right away and it wouldn't power on. I contacted support and they basically shrugged, said I could return it but I’d cover postage and they weren't sure it'd make it back. So my doubts were confirmed, still a bit annoyed.

Last-minute relief

Needed a replacement mattress for chronic back pain after a stressful move. At first it was a mess. Tracking stopped, support sent canned AI replies, and I kept explaining with photos. I almost gave up after weeks of emails and calls. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when a real person confirmed a full refund and an alternate seller actually delivered a usable mattress that eased my back. It took months and pestering, and it wasn't smooth. But once the money hit and the bed arrived, I felt relieved.

Small win, strangely

I almost cancelled this order — needed a budget mattress for my screaming lower back during a move, so I was nervous about DH Gate and sketchy photos. The first parcel was the wrong size and felt thin, I’ll admit I panicked. After a few messy messages and a nudge from customer support they sent a proper replacement and sorted the postage, even refunded a bit. Still clunky, but relieved it worked out and I can sleep now.

Tracking said delivered, door said nope

a mug for mornings, a blanket for the couch, shoes for walks, and a small purse. Been checking the feed and the post office cameras, nada. I’ve sent close to 30 emails to the seller and keep getting vague replies that don’t help. The post office says they never had it. So yeah, useful things that would’ve fit into my routine — didn’t arrive. Not all bad, but the customer support and delivery handling were frustrating and slow.

Not what I ordered, sigh

you can't open a dispute until the order is marked delivered, but if you mark it delivered, you can't start a dispute — total catch-22. I kept expecting the canned reply telling me to use online service, which is the thing that's dead. At least items aren't terrible and price was fair, so not a disaster. Still, please fix support, it's the weak link.

Decent finds, with a catch

message the seller about sizes before you buy, and allow extra time for delivery. I'm glad I took the chance — saved money and not disappointed overall.

Not worth the lottery of "delivered"

I would not recommend this place — my packages show as delivered twice but I never received either. I ordered a couple of things I use all the time (little kitchen gadgets and a spare phone charger for work) and the tracking first looked normal, then suddenly flipped to “delivered” on a Sunday, even though nothing ever arrived. I emailed the company and got the same canned answer: “check with the post office.” I did — they can’t track those items with that number. Then it happened again on a different order. It feels like a big scan-and-disappear move; cheap prices tempted me, but the hassle isn’t worth it. I’m annoyed and a bit fed up — I’ll be filing a fraud claim with my card company and reporting it. If you need these items for daily use and can’t risk losing them, go elsewhere. Small chance it’s a mix-up, but for me it’s been two strikes.

Half right, half wrong

I dropped a few grand on hoodies, watches and mostly shoes, waited the usual three to five weeks to Canada and boom, stuff turned up that matched the listing. That exact moment when the box opened and the shoes fit — that’s when I felt properly satisfied, like “this still works.”
Then things went sideways. Over the past year orders started arriving wrong or not at all. One time I ordered three pairs of women’s dunks and got a single men’s 13 in lilac. Another came from a seller called UUNSHINE: one correct size, one tiny pair, one missing pair. They first tried to fob me off, then hinted I should delete my review if I wanted help. Annoying, yes, but there was a surprise: after pushing back and documenting everything, one rep actually issued a full refund without dragging it out. That refund was the unexpected bright spot.
So I still tell people about the bargains I found years ago, but I’m upfront now — check recent seller feedback, keep screenshots, and don’t assume it’ll go smoothly.
