I ordered something back in November, but it got sent to the wrong place. They never gave me back my fancy shampoo. I tried calling, but they never answer. I emailed them, and they said they would send it, but still no sign. What a rip-off!

Reward offer for products
I got sucked in by a deal offering a reward for buying stuff at this store, but man, was I let down by how they treated me. The final bill was a bit less because I used a membership code, yet I never got the reward they promised. They never mentioned anything about this during checkout, and I felt like I got ripped off by those guys. The customer service was no help at all, brushing off my issue without offering a solution. It's really disappointing to see the customer service go downhill ever since the Americans took over the company. I definitely won't be shopping at this store again, online or in person.

Fruit arrangement
I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service at the place I was dealing with. I ordered a fruit arrangement and tried to get in touch with them for three days straight with no luck. Finally, on the third day, when I managed to reach someone, they were totally unprofessional and didn't seem too happy about the delivery. It definitely didn't leave me feeling great as a customer. On top of that, even though I clearly said I needed the delivery before 5pm, it showed up after that time and the person I was sending it to wasn't around anymore. Basically, my whole experience with this place was just frustrating and not what I was hoping for.

As someone who's not that great with technology, I was a little nervous about making a custom hockey memory book for my son's team. But I was actually really happy with how easy the software was to use - I could easily explore all the different ways to customize and design it. The quick turnaround and on-time delivery were also really great. The quality of the final product was even better than I expected; the book was well-made and the pictures were really clear.
