Jarrel glasses, full metal frame
I was a bit unsure about ordering from this company at first because of some negative reviews I read, but decided to give it a go and bought the Jarrel glasses with a full metal frame. I ended up being pleasantly surprised with my experience. Even though the glasses were on backorder, they made sure to let me know before I placed my order. To my surprise, they shipped out sooner than I expected and I got them in a reasonable time. The glasses themselves are well made and really good quality. The full metal frame makes them feel sturdy, and I've found them comfortable to wear all day without any issues. I would suggest that customers take a look at the company's cancellation and return policies before buying, though.

So, I bought a pair of glasses recently and man, what a disaster! A friend suggested this place to me, but my experience was not great at all. When I tried to get a return or exchange, it was such a hassle. They made me go get my prescription checked again before they would do anything. It was a pain finding a place to do it. After proving the prescription was wrong, I asked for another pair. But guess what? The second pair had the same issue! I couldn't catch a break.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service
Your website is misleading and dishonest because it advertised products as high quality European design, but when I ordered them, I discovered that it is actually a Chinese company. This kind of deceptive advertising is not cool and made me lose faith in your brand. On top of that, trying to input my PD information was a nightmare because your website is poorly designed with broken links and instructions that don't make sense. You also took forever to respond to my emails, which just made me more frustrated and disappointed with your customer service. Overall, my experience with your company was awful and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Affordable and stylish reading glasses
Seriously, what's the deal with customer service, eh? Why is it so hard to actually talk to a human? The chatbot just doesn't do it, and emails never get a response. It feels like you're yelling into nothing. And don't even get me started on Instagram - leave a negative review and you get blocked. They really don't know how to handle feedback well. Their customer service needs major improvement, eh.
Order issue with High Index Lenses
I had such a bad experience with this company. I really should've checked the reviews before I bought anything. My order was stuck on "processing" for like a whole month with no updates at all. When I emailed customer service, they told me they put my order on hold because I asked about high index lenses. So, I contacted them again, and they said they'd start up the order again. But then, another two weeks went by and it was still "processing". I decided to cancel my order, but even though they said they'd give me a refund in 7-9 business days, I had to keep asking. They kept saying the refund would go through in the next batch by the end of the week, but after two months, I still didn't have my glasses or my money back. I had to make a claim with my bank to get a refund. Honestly, this company has awful service and I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.
Narrow frames
The glasses I bought were nice, but I couldn't use them with my prescription. Even though I sent a picture of my prescription and the company checked it again before confirming my order, the lenses were so off that I got queasy after wearing them for just 5 minutes. Now I have to go see an optometrist to get the lenses checked before trying to get a refund.

This company is honestly the worst. They're promoting these pricey blue light glasses, but what you actually get is just cheap, low-quality frames. It's so wrong that they can just fool people like that. I can't believe Instagram and Facebook let them advertise. And they don't even have a customer service phone number to reach out about missing orders, it's just not right. Being a college student trying to save money, I feel so scammed by them. I really hope someone shuts down their shady business. Such a terrible experience, honestly.
Lightweight, fragile glasses
The glasses I bought from your company were a letdown. The pictures online made them look great, but in reality, they didn't live up to my hopes. The frames were so light and delicate, and they didn't sit straight on my face. Even though the size should have been big, they ended up being small and snug. I was really not happy with the return policy either, it was really tough to send the glasses back. So, I won't be buying anything else from your company and I'll tell my friends and family not to either.
