Toddler glasses and replacement lenses
As a customer of Glasses Gallery, I've ordered toddler glasses and replacement lenses from them a few times and it's always been a great experience. The customer support team was super helpful and knew their stuff, giving me all the info I needed to make the right choice. My orders were processed quickly and accurately, and the products I got were just what I expected. I got my stuff in a reasonable amount of time, so I always had what I needed when I needed it. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and quality of Glasses Gallery.
Corrective lenses
I recently bought a pair of glasses from Glasses Gallery, eh, but they didn't fit right at all, eh. When I tried to return them, I found out it was a total pain, eh. For something like glasses, where the fit is key, the return process should be easy and fast, eh. But no dice with Glasses Gallery, eh. I had to go through a bunch of hassle and wait forever before I could finally return the glasses, eh.
"Designer frames"
I bought some designer frames from this company, and I'm super disappointed with how things went down. First off, it took forever for the frames to show up, and when they finally arrived, they were obviously fake. There was no original box with a serial number, no etching on the demo lens, and one corner of the beige frame had a red blotch. On top of that, there was no instruction card from the manufacturer, the screws were all wrong, and the frame felt cheap and easily bendable. It seems like these frames cost more to ship than to make! I kept asking for proof that they were real, but all I got were sketchy responses from the company. So now, I'm in the process of getting my frames checked to see if they're fake. Overall, it was a terrible decision to buy from this company because the frames I got were total fakes.
Delayed order
I can't believe how bad my experience has been with this company. I ordered a pair of glasses back in November and it's now March and I still don't have them. It's ridiculous how long it's taking and the fact that they never communicate with me is so frustrating. I've tried calling them multiple times but they never pick up. I've also sent them several emails asking about my order, but they never bother to reply. This kind of customer service is just not okay, and I really don't recommend buying from this place.
Recent glasses purchase
I recently bought a pair of glasses from Glasses Gallery and let me tell you, the refund process was a real headache. It took them a whole 14 to 21 business days just to give me a store credit after I returned the product. Why does it have to take so darn long for a simple store credit? Plus, there's no connection with Hudson Bay, so you're out of luck if anything goes sideways. My honest advice? Look elsewhere for your glasses to steer clear of any unnecessary letdowns. Definitely won't be shopping here again!
Rimless glasses with prescription lenses
I got these really cool glasses with no frames around the lenses and they looked amazing on me. But after 2 months, one of the frames broke and I had to send them back to get fixed. I waited 4 whole months for them to be repaired, and the customer service kept telling me I'd get a refund or store credit but I never received anything. When I finally got my glasses back, they were poorly repaired and only one lens was replaced instead of both.
