CommunicationYour website is misleading and dishonest because it advertised products as high quality European design, but when I ordered them, I discovered that it is actually a Chinese company. This kind of deceptive advertising is not cool and made me lose faith in your brand. On top of that, trying to input my PD information was a nightmare because your website is poorly designed with broken links and instructions that don't make sense. You also took forever to respond to my emails, which just made me more frustrated and disappointed with your customer service. Overall, my experience with your company was awful and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

CommunicationSeriously, what's the deal with customer service, eh? Why is it so hard to actually talk to a human? The chatbot just doesn't do it, and emails never get a response. It feels like you're yelling into nothing. And don't even get me started on Instagram - leave a negative review and you get blocked. They really don't know how to handle feedback well. Their customer service needs major improvement, eh.
