So, I bought a pair of glasses recently and man, what a disaster! A friend suggested this place to me, but my experience was not great at all. It took forever for the order to show up, like nearly a month. And when the glasses finally arrived, the prescription was way off. I couldn't even wear them! When I tried to get a return or exchange, it was such a hassle. They made me go get my prescription checked again before they would do anything. It was a pain finding a place to do it. After proving the prescription was wrong, I asked for another pair. But guess what? The second pair had the same issue! I couldn't catch a break.

I wasn't sure about ordering glasses from here because of some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and order a pair. I was pleasantly surprised when the glasses showed up in only two weeks and they were exactly what I wanted! The prescription was perfect and the frames were really nice. I have no complaints at all and would definitely buy from them again.

Even though I sent a picture of my prescription and the company checked it again before confirming my order, the lenses were so off that I got queasy after wearing them for just 5 minutes. Now I have to go see an optometrist to get the lenses checked before trying to get a refund.

This company is honestly the worst. They're promoting these pricey blue light glasses, but what you actually get is just cheap, low-quality frames. It's so wrong that they can just fool people like that. I can't believe Instagram and Facebook let them advertise. And they don't even have a customer service phone number to reach out about missing orders, it's just not right. Being a college student trying to save money, I feel so scammed by them. I really hope someone shuts down their shady business. Such a terrible experience, honestly.

I dunno what kind of metal they used, but it ain't friendly to skin or allergies. I had to use medical tape around the glasses' temples to avoid direct skin contact 'til I could get a new pair of safe glasses from my optician. Waste of money and a lesson learned the hard way.
