High-quality coat
The jacket I bought from this store came quickly and was really good quality, with a full lining and well put together. Sadly, it didn't fit me like I thought it would, so I had to do a return. The return instructions were easy to understand and follow, but I wish they had more specific measurements and details about the models' height and size wearing the jackets. This would have helped me decide better before buying it.
Sweaters and cardigans
My recent time at Gentle Herd was amazing. Right from when I ordered, the customer service team was super helpful and kept me updated on when my stuff would arrive. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought, the sweaters and cardigans I got were top-notch. They were a bit bigger than I thought, but I ended up loving most of them and they're now my go-to pieces in my closet. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the products and would definitely shop there again. Although, I think they could work on their shipping and return process to make customers trust them even more.
Delayed order
I ordered something from this company not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it even after a few weeks. The tracking info they gave me was no good, it just said the label was made. I'm really let down by how this company doesn't keep in touch or tell me what's going on. And on top of that, they seem to be getting rid of any bad comments on their social media pages, which doesn't sit right with me.
Half of my order missing
I gotta say, my experience with this store has been pretty disappointing, eh. I only got half of my order and I haven't heard anything about when the other half is coming. And to top it off, the thing I'm still waiting for is still being advertised on their website. They haven't told me if it's been shipped or given me any tracking info. This lack of communication and transparency has really left me with a bad impression, you know what I mean?
Misleading shipping, lack of customer service
I am really disappointed with my experience at this place. I bought something over a month ago and still haven't gotten it. They gave me tracking numbers, but there's no proof that my order was actually sent. The fact that they're not being clear or communicative is really frustrating and unprofessional. I feel like I've been ripped off and wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
Holiday gift order
I messed up by ordering a holiday gift from this company. They said they would process quickly and have US warehouses, but my order has been stuck for weeks. It's so annoying not knowing what's going on or when my package will show up. The lack of updates and communication is really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend ordering from Gentle Herd, especially for holidays or important events. I've seen some sketchy reviews about this company since my experience. I hope they can fix this and help me out.
Inconsistent sizing and materials
I was so disappointed with the stuff I got from this store. They were all over the place in terms of size and materials (I got the same pair in different colors). On top of that, they were poorly put together with loose threads and stitching hanging out. The quality was definitely not worth what I paid. And to make matters worse, my delivery was missing some items. I tried getting in touch with customer service to return and get my money back, but no one got back to me. Overall, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Cashmere, wool, cotton clothing
This brand has the most stylish and comfortable clothing I've ever bought. I got stuff in cashmere, wool, and cotton, and all of it has been better than I expected. The sizes fit perfectly, and I'm super happy I found this brand.
Delayed shipment, poor quality clothing, sizing and cut issues
I had a terrible experience with this store. My order took forever to arrive and when it finally did, the clothes were really bad quality. On top of that, the sizes and cuts were all wrong. It was a total nightmare trying to return the stuff since the return site was closed and USPS couldn't deliver it. I was so worried I wouldn't get my money back.
Undyed cashmere sweater
I just got my new undyed cashmere sweater from this brand and I am so excited about it. The fabric is so light and soft, it almost feels weightless, and the almond color is just so understated and beautiful. The design is simple but classy, making it easy to match with anything in my closet. I am beyond happy with my buy!
Sweater purchase
I bought a sweater from your online store recently and I was really disappointed with both the quality and how long it took to arrive. I ordered it on November 27th, but it didn't show up until December 30th. The tracking information was all messed up, so I had no clue where my package was most of the time. When I finally got the sweater, I was so surprised at how bad it was. The material was super cheap, the fit was weird, and it definitely wasn't worth the high price. I could have easily found a better quality sweater for way less money somewhere else. In the end, I was really let down by my experience with your company.
International order, no communication, no refund
I placed an order from overseas two months ago and still haven't gotten my package. I've tried getting in touch a bunch of times, but Gentleherd hasn't been answering my emails. On top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund for the stuff that never showed up. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating with me or giving me any kind of customer service.
Coat purchase
I bought a coat from this store not long ago, but it turned out to be too big for me. I sent two emails to their customer service asking about returning the coat, but they never got back to me. It's pretty annoying when a company doesn't communicate, especially when there are so many bad reviews out there. I wish I didn't buy from them and I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.
Two coats
I recently bought two coats from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went down. The coats I got were just gorgeous and looked top-notch. Shipping was mostly smooth sailing, with easy tracking available on their website. But, my latest order got held up in China for about 6 days, messing up the 15-day shipping estimate. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quick, thankfully. The package ended up arriving 10 days after I placed the order. Even with that hiccup, I'm still happy with my purchase and the quality of the coats.
Sleeve length and color quality issue
I just bought some stuff from this online store, but man, the quality was terrible. The sleeves were way too short and the color was totally different from what they showed on the website. And when I tried to send them back, no one even responded to my messages. Don't even bother dealing with this company - seems like they're up to something dodgy.
Clothes
Oh man, I ordered some clothes from here and it took forever to arrive. And when it finally came, the package was all smashed up and the clothes just looked like they were tossed in there. And the quality was terrible for the price I paid. It was like cheap, made in China stuff trying to pass off as ethical or something.
Dress and pants
I ordered some clothes from an online store based overseas, and I knew it might take a while for them to arrive. But when my package came, I noticed one item was missing. I reached out to customer service, and Amy got back to me right away with info on where to find the missing item. The dress and pants I got are super stylish and really comfy. I'm happy with both the products and the great customer service I received from this company. Overall, a pretty good experience!
Big order
I ordered a whole bunch of stuff and then I got really scared because of all the bad reviews. They said you can cancel by email within 24 hours so I did that. I was freaking out all weekend, but then I got an email on Sunday night saying it was cancelled! Then I got the PayPal message and another email two days later. Thank goodness!
Three items
I bought three things from this online store recently and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. So get this, my stuff came in two different parcels and it took a whopping 19 days for them to get here from the day I ordered. Plus, I got messages saying my order was shipped from some random company, which caught me off guard, and then the real store told me it had arrived. The quality of what I got was alright, but honestly, I don't think they were worth the money I paid. And let's talk about the packaging - it was just plain terrible. Everything came in this cheap plastic bag that made it look like I got it from a sketchy storage place. Yeah, this was definitely my first and last time shopping here, that's for sure.
Warm and soft cardigans for mother with dementia
I bought a bunch of cozy, soft cardigans from this store for my mom who's in a nursing home and has dementia. She's always chilly and loves wrapping herself in soft, snuggly things. Thanks to Gentle Herd, she now has 8-10 cardigans that keep her toasty and comfy. The clothes are really well-made, and even though they're a bit pricey, they wash and wear well, so it's worth it. I'm really impressed with how nice and cozy everything I got from this store is, and definitely plan on shopping there again. Keep up the good work, Gentle Herd!
