Shoes
I'm really bummed about those shoes I bought from that company. They weren't in the shape they were advertised as, and I've been having a tough time trying to return them and get my money back. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare too - super slow and not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them to anyone.

Fruit arrangement not delivered
I was super disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-up from this company, eh. I ordered a fruit arrangement and it never showed up, eh. I tried contacting them multiple times by email, but didn't get any response, eh. And to top it off, the phone number on their website was no good, eh. It's just terrible how they dealt with this - or didn't deal with it, I should say, eh. I definitely won't be using this company again and I suggest others stay away too, eh. There are way better options out there that actually care about their customers, eh.
