Online order
I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering online. It's been four weeks and my delivery still hasn't arrived. From what I've seen online, the quality of the items doesn't sound great. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they said it depended on if it had been dispatched. I'm really frustrated with how unclear everything is and the poor customer service.
Shoes order delay
I ordered two pairs of shoes on December 22, 2021, and I gotta say, I am so disappointed in the service I've been getting from this company. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on. I feel like they're not being upfront or communicating properly. It's just not cool. They hook you in with nice stuff and good prices, but then they drop the ball on actually following through.
Hasty shoe purchase, unsuccessful return process
I recently made a quick decision to buy a pair of shoes, but then changed my mind and tried to cancel my order. Unfortunately, customer service told me it was too late to cancel, which was a bummer. They said I could return the shoes after they were delivered, so I waited patiently. When the shoes finally arrived, I followed all the return steps, including sending in photos like they asked. But, I'm still waiting for clear instructions on what to do next with the return. I even tried to find a UK address to return the shoes, but no luck, which just made me more frustrated. By the way, the quality of the shoes isn't that great - they feel flimsy and not very durable. I'm hoping to get some help soon with finding the right address to return them.
Online baby clothing purchase
I just bought some stuff from an online baby clothes store. Turns out, they forgot to send me one of the things I ordered. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd send me a new one. But then, I got an email the next day saying they actually didn't have it in stock. Bummer. They did give me a 20% off coupon for my next order, though.
Shoes purchase in March
I just don't get how this company can be so terrible with customer service. I bought a pair of shoes back in March and I've tried reaching out to them through email and phone multiple times, but no response. It's really annoying to see them not taking responsibility or acting professional like they're supposed to. The fact that they ignore customers and don't care about their concerns is just not okay. I'm definitely not buying from them again and I really recommend others stay away from this company too.

I'm really bummed about those shoes I bought from that company. They weren't in the shape they were advertised as, and I've been having a tough time trying to return them and get my money back. She really went above and beyond in helping me pick out some matching clothes for my grandsons, and then she assisted me in finding a great outfit for my granddaughter. Jessica showed off her smarts by asking all the right questions to understand what I was looking for, and she took on the role of my personal shopper to make sure I got just what I needed. She even stuck it out while my daughters hopped on FaceTime to give their opinions on the selections, really showing her commitment to making sure I was happy. I was seriously impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude.

Hoser, I ordered these kicks online and when they showed up in my mailbox, they were all wrapped up in bubble wrap and gave me major China vibes. The quality of these shoes is brutal, wouldn't drop a loonie on 'em, no chance. They're too small and I can't even rock 'em, major bummer, eh? Bought a pair of shoes
I just bought some shoes I found online but can't get a hold of the company and still haven't got my order. Turns out they go by different names and aren't legit in the UK. They're sending the money to some sketchy group in Spain. Had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. Stay away from this scam, trust me.

So, I got these two pairs of shoes from this store, and boy, oh boy, it was just one headache after another. First off, my order showed up three days late, and on top of that, the shoes were totally the wrong size! I got in touch with customer service right away, and we went back and forth with a bunch of emails. They asked for pictures of the wrong shoes, so I sent them over. They said they'd fix it up, but when I tried to return the shoes to the address they gave me, the package came right back to me because the address was no good. I've sent a bunch of emails and even some snail mail, but no response from the company. It's so frustrating! I still don't have the right shoes I ordered. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this place to really reconsider. Their customer service is a letdown, for sure.

I recently bought some kids' clothes online and it didn't go well. At first, everything seemed easy, but once my order was in, problems started popping up. I wanted to cancel because they didn't have what I wanted in stock, but couldn't figure out how. On top of that, the sizing was all off which made me even more annoyed. When I reached out to customer service about it, they basically ghosted me, making me frustrated and let down by the whole thing. Thankfully, I sorted it out with my credit card company in the end, but if the company had just been more helpful and better at communicating, we could have avoided this whole mess.
Laptop purchase
So, here's what happened - I saw this laptop on social media, thought it was a steal, and went ahead and bought it. But as soon as I placed my order, the seller up and deleted their account. Next thing I know, the laptop pops up again but with a different seller and at a higher price. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and frustrated I am. I'm definitely going to do something about it and you can bet I won't be falling for something like this again.
