    Flight tracking and ticket finding platform

    I recently tried out this flight tracking and ticket finding site, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Not only did I find great tickets for my trip in a snap, but I could also keep tabs on all my flight details. Whether it was delays or gate changes, this site had me covered. One of the coolest parts was getting SMS updates with crucial info, perfect for when I was offline. Big thanks for making my travel hassle-free.

    Black polo shirt purchase

    So, I got this new black polo shirt from the store and things went pretty well, for the most part. I ordered it on a Tuesday and got an email saying it was shipped the next Monday. It showed up on Wednesday, all nicely wrapped up. But, there was a problem with the sizing - it was a bit tight. I emailed customer service to ask about returning it, but never heard back from them. Kind of a bummer that they didn't get back to me. Now I'm not sure if I want to go through the hassle of returning it if they won't communicate with me.

    I ordered some shoes back in February and they still haven't shown up! I even sent an email asking about my order, but never heard back from them. It's so annoying!

    Canopy swing

    Sudden windstorm caused the canopy locking screws to snap when swing was only a few months old. Customer service reps were polite and courteous but company does not stock parts. Buyers beware.....your purchase may become useless if something breaks unexpectedly!

    Hard sell, poor content, poor customer service and everything is an additional cost!

    I have had a terrible experience with Shaw Academy after signing up for a free trial offer through Vodafone! I looked up the reviews here and all seemed fine - but today notice a warning about the dishonest practice of a company entering positive reviews here on their behalf. I wish that had been there in May when I looked!

    Anyway I took the Web Design module 1 there were 8 lessons but you can only take a maximum of 2 per week (annoying during the lockdown when you have time to do more). The lessons varied from 30 to 60 minutes each with A LOT OF REPITITION between each and lots of padding each lesson a) at the beginning by the 'educator' about her skills, experience, hobbies! and b) hard sell about the reason why you needed to pay to go on to the next module (which grew in length the closer you came to the end).

    In some instances you learn one or two new points that weren't covered previously for sitting through 30+ minutes of repitition/padding.

    They also ask you to post things on their facebook page e.g. your digital CV which they 'help' you build but when you go to that page nobody else does - I think most people join their photography classes (from the content there). Doesn't seem sensible to share your personal CV on their facebook page (so wouldn't do that and neither it seems has anyone else when you look).

    You have to chase them to release each weeks assignment and the assignments have typo's in both the English part of the question plus the html / css code - when compared to the notes and screenshots from the course.

    Everything comes at an additional cost (£39.95) and you are then charged to take the end of module test (which was not explained anywhere previously). It looked like you had to pay for a certificate NOT to take the test, I didn't care about having a certificate as long as I passed.

    The overall quality of the course was poor and customer service even worse. I had a question in week one about something in the first lesson - 4 weeks later still no response (they're busy). The first few emails bounced - even though it was the same email address published and which got answers a week later. The majority of the responses from customer response was a standard spiel referring you to the FAQ's and it was obvious they hadn't even looked at your question - where I even included screenshots.

    I promptly attended every lesson - but kept getting reminders that I had missed the lesson! And on occasion, a call 9 minutes into the lesson to say my course started in 10 minutes!

    It is obvious the classes are all webcasts (pre-recorded) and despite having the ability to share a message with your other attendees nobody answered. In fact on several occasions, the video jumps and repeats a section.

    I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point!

    AVOID them like the plague it is a real con and NOT good value for money or the time you spend on it!!

    Its a SCAM and when you phone they put the phone down on you. Cancel your cards so they cannot take your money and report them to trading standards
