    Small marketing agency client suspension

    I had a really bad experience with this company as a small marketing agency. One of my clients got suspended just because they were suspected of buying leads, and there was no chance to appeal. It took forever to get a response, and then all my other clients were banned for reasons that weren't even clear. My IP address even got banned too. Although the email builder was a neat concept, the Terms of Service were super strict and the deliverability wasn't great. The support I received felt robotic and not very helpful.

    Affiliate marketing software

    I just signed up for this affiliate marketing software and at first, I was pretty pleased with the landing pages they gave me. Being a newbie in affiliate marketing, I uploaded my email contacts from different places and decided to upgrade my account. But then, out of nowhere, my account got shut down only 2 hours after I sent an email! When I asked for a refund, they said no. It was so frustrating and disappointing to think this service was all about free email marketing software, only for them to close my account because I was actually marketing stuff. When I tried to talk to customer service through live chat about getting my money back, they cut me off before I could even explain all my issues. It made me so mad to be treated like that as a customer, feeling completely disgusted with how they handled everything and the fact that they weren't honest about how they operate.

    Bye bye money

    Yeah, so I've been using this thing for like ten years, eh? Then in the spring of 2023, they go and make changes that totally messed everything up, you know? None of my mailing campaigns were working the way they used to. I tried to complain, but they didn't do anything to fix it. It took me six months to switch to a different bulk email provider. And can you believe it? I still had to pay them every month even though their service was terrible now. I even asked for a discount, but they flat out said no. Finally, when I got everything sorted out and asked them to close my account, they said it would be done in a day. But then a whole week went by and they still charged me for the next month. What a rip-off, eh!

    Scammed by a business video

    I got this email with a video about a business and was pretty pumped, thinking it could help me make some cash. Clicked the link, did what it said, and you know what happened? Got scammed and lost my money! Called their customer service, and they just said, "Tough luck, speak to a lawyer." Such scammers, eh!

    They closed my account even though I hadn't used it in a while. I remember asking if I could reactivate it down the road when I was unsubscribing, and they said it was possible. But today, when I tried to log in, I saw that my account had been closed with no heads-up. It seems kinda sketchy, especially since I didn't break any rules or anything.

    They're a top company in the industry and they're pretty good at sending emails, but sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder for no clear reason. It seems like they might not have total control over that. Even though they're one of the best, there are other email management options out there that are cheaper and might offer just as good or even better service. I'd suggest not just going for the big names and checking out other companies to find the most cost-effective solution that fits your needs the best.

    Oh man, I had such a rough time with this email marketing stuff. The customer service was so robotic and didn't seem to give a darn about my questions. It felt like I was just talking to a brick wall! And let me tell you about those sneaky prices - they advertise it as cheap, but then BOOM, hidden fees popping up left and right! It's like a terrible surprise party that you never wanted. So yeah, definitely not a fan of it at all.

    I reached out to the company about this issue where someone took email addresses from my work and added us to their mailing list. I brought up the problem of spam but haven't heard back from them at all. It's frustrating to see a company say they have a no spam policy but not do anything about it.
