What a rip-off, eh!

I got the orchid bouquet with 10 flowers in it, and even though they looked nice, the stems were too short to put in a vase well. I had to think on my feet and used a tall glass in the vase to hold them up. Sadly, the flowers only looked good for a couple days then started wilting. I got in touch with customer service about it and they said they would send me another one. The second bouquet didn't last much longer though, only 2 days before they wilted. I tried talking to the boss, Dan Turner, but could only reach customer service who only offered me a tiny £5 off my next order.

I'm really upset about you keeping that money that doesn't belong to you. It's just not right and I can't support your services because of it. Please do the right thing and give back the €7700 to our friend Uli quickly. That money is his, not yours.
