Spark 40
I got myself the Spark 40, it's such a great amp with so many cool features. The sound is unreal and the build is top quality. I'm absolutely loving it!
Positive Grid Spark Delay
I bought my Positive Grid Spark on December 7th and I'm still waiting for it to come. It's frustrating because there hasn't been much communication - I can't talk to anyone on the phone, just emails. When I asked about my order status, I had to wait four days for a reply, which kind of sucked because I was really looking forward to getting it. It's been disappointing overall, waiting so long and not being able to talk to someone directly about it.
Spark go malfunction within 5 months
I bought the Spark amp and was pretty happy with it at first. But then it conked out on me after only 5 months, well within the one-year warranty. I've been going back and forth with customer service for a whole month now and I even sent the amp back to them. But still, no replacement or solution in sight. It's frustrating to have to wait so long to get back to playing my guitar.
Elite upgrade
I was thinking of upgrading to the super cool elite plan from pro, but it turns out it's the same price as if I was new! Like, what's the point, eh? So I think I'll just stay with pro for now or wait until I have enough money because paying double isn't cool. Positive Grid should really fix this, for real.
Two amplifiers
I recently bought two amps from this company, and while the products were okay, the service I got was pretty bad. When I first ordered, they said it would take a while to get my stuff. I tried to cancel, but no luck. They told me to wait for it to come and then send it back. But it was a total pain. I had to pay a big fee to send it back, and even though I did everything right, they messed up and sent it right back to me. Not cool, eh?
Spark Amp 40
I recently bought something from the company's website and had a really bad experience. It looked like everything was fine at first when I went to pay, but then a popup showed up adding an extra €60 in taxes without asking me. It seemed like they were trying to trick people and make them pay more. I reached out to customer service by email and chat right away, but it took them 3 days to get back to me. They told me to reject the delivery for a refund, but I wasn't sure if I could trust them after they weren't clear about the extra charge. Overall, I was really unhappy with how the company behaved and didn't take responsibility for what happened.
Spark Amp purchase issue
Hey there, so I bought this amp not too long ago and it already crapped out on me after just over a year. I decided to get a new one from a nearby music store but ran into a problem with the ASIO driver when trying to connect it to my laptop for recording. The company's support team hasn't been much help - they acknowledged the problem but haven't done anything to fix it.
Spark mini amp
Oh man, let me tell you, the Spark mini amp is seriously amazing! It's perfect for when I'm in the mood to play my guitar without dealing with a massive amp. The sound is incredible, especially considering how compact it is! I take it everywhere with me - to the beach, on trips, you name it. It's so easy to bring along and the portability is just fantastic!
Spark go didn't work right out of the box
I sent so many emails, but couldn't get a return authorization for weeks. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare, one of the worst experiences ever. The Spark go product was such a huge disappointment, not working properly right from the start. It's frustrating to waste your hard-earned money on something faulty that just won't work.
My new gear
I just picked up my new amp and I'm absolutely loving it! I went with the biggest one they had and it's really cool. It's got a bunch of features that make it super fun to use, but sometimes the app that comes with it can be a bit overwhelming. Despite that, I still really like it, especially since I've been working on learning to play guitar. It might not be a big name brand like the popular ones, but it's still pretty amazing.
Riff, Spark, BIAS FX, BIAS AMP software
Positive Grid's Riff, Spark, and their BIAS FX and BIAS AMP software are seriously amazing. They offer a ton of different options for guitar players to experiment with, making them a must-have for anyone wanting to step up their music game. The sound quality and versatility of these tools really set them apart and make them essential for musicians.
Spark mini purchase
The Spark mini is definitely the best soundin' device I've ever had. It's easy to use but you can customize it in so many ways, it's kind of mind-boggling in a good way. Ever since I got the Spark mini, I've been playin' my guitar a lot more and just havin' a great time. And the price is actually pretty fair for what you're gettin'. I absolutely recommend it!
Spark Mini Amp
The Spark Mini Amp I ordered came really fast and I was so impressed by how great it sounds coming from such a small thing. It's awesome to have an amp that runs on batteries so I can easily bring it wherever I need to go. The buttons and settings are straightforward and easy to use, especially since I already had the app from my Spark 40. The preset tones on the Spark Mini are amazing, I haven't even wanted to change anything after trying out different sounds on the Spark 40. The only thing that could make it better for me would be an extra microphone input, since I like to sing as well as play. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to any musician who needs a portable and top-notch amp.
Awesome tone machine
This thing is so cool! It can handle any type of music and hooks up to my computer for use with Logic Pro. The Spark speaker plays back all my recordings, and the phone app is great for practicing with my own music or jam tracks. The only thing is, sometimes the app loses connection with my phone, but it's not a big deal. I have an expensive amp modeler, but the Spark can definitely compete with it. It's definitely my new favorite piece of gear!
Positive Grid Spark Mini Amp
So I bought the Positive Grid Spark Mini Amp straight from the company not long ago. When I first got it, I was super happy with all the cool features it had. But after using it for about a month, the amp started acting up and kept cutting out, which was super annoying because I couldn't really use it properly. Turns out, I needed to do a software update, but I didn't have the right software for it. They didn't tell me about this when I bought it, so it was really frustrating. Even when I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful and didn't really acknowledge the problem.
Spark control purchase
I just bought the Spark control and so far, I'm happy with it. The package came quick and in good shape. My only problem was that the instructions weren't very clear and I had to watch some YouTube videos to figure everything out.
Purchased wrong product due to lack of support and information
I didn't get any help when I made my purchase. I just went by ads from another company and ended up getting the wrong thing. They gave me the wrong info and never followed up on my request for compensation. Pretty shady if you ask me.
Guitar amp
So I recently got myself a new guitar amp and there was a little hiccup with the shipping. But let me tell you, the customer service rep, Ysel, really went above and beyond to sort out the issue quickly and efficiently. I gotta say, I was super impressed with the level of service I got from them. And can we talk about the sound quality of this amp? It's absolutely amazing! My practice sessions have never sounded better and it's got me excited to play more than ever. It's user-friendly, versatile, and the tones it produces are top-notch. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I am one happy customer with my purchase and the whole experience with the company.
Bias FX 2 purchase
As someone who just bought this software, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone. The software keeps crashing and losing my work, which is super frustrating. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all - it was pretty much like they were doing something shady. Not getting any real solutions or even basic help left me feeling really fed up and let down. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this software to anyone who's looking for something good and customer service they can count on. Maybe Neural is the way to go instead.
Software and equipment failed
I've had a ton of problems with the software and equipment I got from this company. The software keeps failing, causing me to lose work and crashing during important gigs. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, giving me complicated instructions that don't actually solve anything. The staff have been rude and won't let me speak to someone higher up. All in all, my experience with this company has been terrible and has really hurt me both financially and in my career.
