Noise-canceling wireless headphones
I just bought these amazing noise-canceling wireless headphones from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with them. Stanmore II purchased on Black Friday sale
The sound quality of the Stanmore II speaker is just incredible, eh? I bought it on sale during Black Friday and I gotta say, I'm blown away by how well it performs. Eh, so I had an issue with this product I bought and I contacted customer service for help, ya know? At first, I was kinda bummed out 'cause the response seemed all robotic and didn't really focus on my exact problems. But, after some more back and forth and asking to talk to someone higher up, I finally got in touch with this customer service rep named Sherri. And lemme tell ya, Sherri was amazing! She knew her stuff and handled things like a total pro, giving me a solution that was just for me. It was even better than I expected, I tell ya. I'm so thankful for the awesome service I got and I'm glad I changed my mind about their support. Cheers to Sherri and the team!
Super cool headphones
Oh man, I was so pumped to get these headphones because my old ones were just awful. These headphones are seriously amazing because they totally draw you into the music and drown out all the annoying background noise. I love being able to just chill and groove without any interruptions! The only downside is that during online meetings, it seems like everyone can hear all the noise around me more than they can hear my voice. Not a huge deal, though, I'll have to find a solution for that. These headphones are so good that I might even have to get another pair for my husband!

Fridge and MG30GFX
I just bought a fridge and MG30GFX and man, let me tell you, I was really not impressed. They both seemed kinda flimsy and made a lot of noise. I decided to take them back and went with another brand instead. Do yourself a favor and choose something more reliable.
Small device with excellent sound quality
I recently picked up this awesome little gadget called the Major IV, and let me tell you, the sound quality is absolutely top-notch. The battery life on this thing is insane, it just keeps going and going. Plus, the knob on it works like a charm. The only bummer is that it's made in PRC, but it seems like that's pretty common these days with a lot of companies. I've been on the lookout for something that can rival Marshall when it comes to sound quality, but nothing has quite matched up yet.

Speaker purchase for brand aesthetic and sound quality
I bought some speakers from this store because they're known for having good-looking brands and great sound. Ordering was easy and I was looking forward to getting my new speakers. But then things went downhill when DHL, the shipping company, delayed the delivery. It's been more than a week now and I still don't have my speakers. They said they'd look into it and find the missing package, but I haven't heard anything from DHL since. It's really frustrating, especially because this store has such a good reputation.

I had to replace the ear pads on my headphones not long ago, and then the headband ripped. I contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They just told me to buy new headphones instead of trying to fix the problem with the ones I already have.

Misleading return policy
I was really let down by the purchase I made from this company. They advertised a 30-day full refund return policy, but didn't say anything about customers having to cover the return shipping costs. This info wasn't given up front and seemed shady to make it tough for customers to return stuff. On top of that, they didn't tell us Canadians that products are coming from the USA, which makes the return expenses high. It's disappointing to see a big company like this using misleading tactics. I won't be coming back as a customer for sure and I'll warn others about shopping here.
