I needed new ear cushions for my headphones and got directed to resellers by customer service. They delivered the product quickly and it's working great, just like before. Big shoutout to Emma from the chat service for all the help!

I had a problem with a product I bought, so I tried to contact the company three times for help, but they didn't get back to me. I even double-checked my contact info and sent myself an email to make sure everything was all good. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service - definitely no "no regrets" here. I felt annoyed and let down by the lack of support. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest looking at other places. Lots of other companies have similar stuff and better customer service.
