No regrets
I had a problem with a product I bought, so I tried to contact the company three times for help, but they didn't get back to me. I even double-checked my contact info and sent myself an email to make sure everything was all good. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service - definitely no "no regrets" here. I felt annoyed and let down by the lack of support. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest looking at other places. Lots of other companies have similar stuff and better customer service.
Socks and underwear
I ordered some socks and underwear on September 17th and it's taking so long to get my stuff! I mean, come on, it's been almost a month now and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. And when I try to reach out to them, all the links on their website are broken. What a disappointment!
Socks
I bought some socks from this company because I really liked the quality of their stuff that I got from another store. But, when I ordered from their website, it was a total letdown. I waited for two months and didn't hear anything about my order, then out of nowhere it got cancelled with no reason why. The lack of communication and the random cancellation left me feeling annoyed and not happy with their customer service. So, I won't be buying from them again.
Purchased socks and underwear
The customer support at this company is seriously lacking, eh? I sent a bunch of emails with questions about my order and didn't hear back for weeks. I had to open a case with PayPal just to get my refund, for real. The lack of communication and updates about my product shipping was so frustrating. It was like dealing with a company from far away instead of a local business, you know what I mean?
Underwear
Hey, I gotta say, your customer service is just terrible. I tried to return something, but it's like they're nowhere to be found. It's crazy, honestly. Just a heads up if you're thinking about dealing with them.

I bought a pair of socks from that store not too long ago, and man, they were not good. They started falling apart after just one week, and to top it off, they kept sliding down my feet, which was super annoying. The worst part was how much I paid for them - so not worth it.
Recent purchase experience
I'm pretty disappointed with how long it took for my recent purchase to arrive from the company. It literally took almost two whole weeks from when I ordered it to when it finally showed up at my doorstep. That's just way too slow, especially considering other companies can get orders out way quicker. And on top of that, I found out that I could have just gone to a big retailer to get the same product without all the waiting.
What really got to me was that they didn't make it clear that the shipping would be so slow. It was like they were trying to hide that info until after I already placed my order. Not cool at all. I really loved that black tank top I got from you guys, it's great for just chilling at home or going to the gym. But, I gotta say, I was a bit let down by the white tank top cause it was crazy see-through. But hey, your customer service team was amazing! They gave me a quick refund for the white tank top, and get this - I didn't even have to send it back! Now that's what I call awesome service. Keep it up!
Incorrect items, pay for return shipping
I can't believe they're asking me to pay for THEIR mistake! They sent the wrong items and now I have to foot the bill for their error. On top of that, all I have is an email for customer support, so getting this issue sorted out is a total nightmare!
My socks
I ordered these really awesome socks, but they never arrived! I was so excited to wear them to school and show them off to my friends, but they never showed up. Not cool at all, guys.
Underwear and socks
As a customer, I was pretty surprised to find out that the products aren't made in America. It's kinda sad to see companies putting money first instead of helping out local economies and making jobs for American people. Pair of Thieves seems to care more about their profits than how their choices affect our country. Even though their products are cool and stylish, it's a bummer to know they're made overseas instead of here. Us consumers can choose to support companies that match our beliefs, and I'm gonna definitely think more about where I spend my cash from now on.
Socks from Target
I bought some socks from Target the other day, and they actually had a hole in them! I tried to reach out to Target through their website for some help, but they said they couldn't do anything since I didn't buy them directly from their site. I told them that it's tough for me to go back to Target because of my disability, but they still didn't budge. I even sent them an email, but never heard back. It feels like they care more about making money than helping out their customers. It's really disappointing to see a company put profits before product quality and customer satisfaction.

I recently bought some socks and underwear online and oh boy, let me tell you, I am super impressed! There are so many options to choose from that you just can't find in regular stores. The quality of the gear is top-notch, breathable, and super comfy. The style is also on point. Today, I wore a pair of socks from another brand and man, they just slide down all the time and never stay in place. Not like my Pair of Thieves socks, I've had some for like 4 years and they still look and feel amazing. This brand definitely deserves a 5-star rating from me, two big thumbs up!
Priority Shipping Order
I ordered something and paid extra for fast shipping, but had a lot of problems with getting it. I emailed a bunch of times to ask about my order, but the replies weren't very helpful. I was supposed to get the stuff before I went on a trip, but it took way longer than I thought. And then I had to pay more to send it back, which was annoying. The customer service and communication just weren't great.
Ordered 9 pairs of socks
OMG, I ordered these really cool socks but then I got an email about them being out of stock after 10 days?!! Why didn't anyone tell me earlier? Then I got a shirt and pants I don't even like. Ugh, so frustrating. I'm never buying from here again.
