I had a problem with a product I bought, so I tried to contact the company three times for help, but they didn't get back to me. I even double-checked my contact info and sent myself an email to make sure everything was all good. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service - definitely no "no regrets" here. I felt annoyed and let down by the lack of support. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest looking at other places. Lots of other companies have similar stuff and better customer service.

I ordered some socks and underwear on September 17th and it's taking so long to get my stuff! I mean, come on, it's been almost a month now and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. And when I try to reach out to them, all the links on their website are broken. What a disappointment!

But, I gotta say, I was a bit let down by the white tank top cause it was crazy see-through. But hey, your customer service team was amazing! They gave me a quick refund for the white tank top, and get this - I didn't even have to send it back! Now that's what I call awesome service. Keep it up!
