Engagement ring purchase
I just bought an engagement ring from this jewelry store and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things went. Ordering wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The website was kind of hard to figure out and it took me a while to find the exact ring I wanted. After finally finding it and making my purchase, I was hoping for better communication and updates about my order. But I had to keep contacting them to get any info, which was pretty annoying.

Pink and black princess crown pattern car seat covers
I wasn't sure about ordering from this website at first since I've heard some mixed reviews. But when I went ahead and bought those pink and black princess crown patterned car seat covers, I was hoping for the best. Unfortunately, when I tried to check my order status, all I got was a blank screen. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service and my bank, but then, almost two weeks later, my items finally showed up. The seat covers look pretty good and decent quality, just like advertised. However, the lack of communication and transparency was a real annoyance that definitely needs some improvement.

Eh, so here's the deal - I ended up buying two sets of kicks, and when I went to return them, they were all, "Oh sorry, can't quite connect the order number to the label." Like, come on! They're the exact same sneakers! It was a major letdown in terms of customer service, eh.

Weighted blanket purchase
I bought a weighted blanket from this company because their ads got me interested. But, after only six months of using it, I realized that the weight had moved to the edges, making it useless. When I checked their website, I found out that the kind of blanket I got was no longer being sold. So, I contacted the company about my issues, but they said it was past the return period, so they couldn't help me. They just tried to sell me a different, "improved" version. I was disappointed by their response and it made me think their customer service wasn't so great.

Ski equipment purchase
I recently picked up some new ski gear from Equipe Sport and I have to say, the staff there really knew their stuff. They helped me choose the right skis and boots for my skill level and even made sure my boots fit perfectly. The gear was top quality and I could really tell the difference in performance compared to my old stuff. I also liked that they offer rentals for anyone who doesn't have their own gear. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'll definitely be going back to Equipe Sport for any future outdoor sports gear needs.

My water bottle
I picked up this water bottle here and I gotta say, it's awesome. It's really strong and keeps my water chilled for ages. Also, it looks real nice with all the cool colours. Plus, I found out that part of the money from buying it goes towards helping folks get clean water. Pretty amazing, eh?

Priority Shipping Order
I ordered something and paid extra for fast shipping, but had a lot of problems with getting it. I emailed a bunch of times to ask about my order, but the replies weren't very helpful. I was supposed to get the stuff before I went on a trip, but it took way longer than I thought. And then I had to pay more to send it back, which was annoying. The customer service and communication just weren't great.
