Fun t-shirts
I'm really loving all the different t-shirts they have on this website. There are some cool and unique designs that are perfect for when I just want to be casual. I've actually ordered from here in the past, and I've always been impressed with how good the shirts are. They're made with a really soft fabric that's super comfortable, and the prints just don't fade, even after a bunch of washes. The only problem I ran into was with the shipping address. Whenever I tried to put in my US address, it kept switching it to the UK. I just hope everything still gets to the right place. Oh, and one more thing that kind of bugged me was that they charged my account before my order was even shipped out. It would've been nice if they just waited to charge until after the product was on its way.
Great quality shirts, easy navigation, staggered shipments, possible refunds or replacements, order at least 5 for discounts and free shipping.
I recently bought some shirts from this website and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The site is super easy to use and it's a breeze to find what you're looking for. I've ordered from here before and I like that they ship items separately if they aren't all ready at the same time. It's better than waiting for everything to be in stock. Also, if something is out of stock after you order, they'll email you to offer a refund or a different item. I've found it's best to order at least 5 things to get the discounts and free shipping.
Clever conversation starter t-shirts
I was really into these cool conversation starter t-shirts and ended up buying a few. The shirts are pretty good quality and the print has stayed on surprisingly well through lots of washes and dry cycles. But, I've also noticed that one of the shirts is starting to come apart at the bottom because of some loose threads. Even with that problem, I still love wearing these shirts because they always manage to make someone's day with their funny sayings.
Women's tops
I recently bought some women's tops from this store and I have to say, kinda bummed with the choices. I really wish there were more tops made of cotton or a cotton/poly blend, 'cause that's my jam and I'm not a big fan of pure polyester. It's a bummer when I find something cute and realize it's all polyester. I find it kinda suffocating and not comfy for everyday wear, ya know?
Clothing items
As a Canadian customer, I totally get how annoying it can be when you're trying to buy stuff from websites outside of Canada and the shipping costs are through the roof. Like, everything else went smoothly with the order, but those crazy shipping fees just kill the whole shopping buzz. It'd be awesome if there were some cheaper shipping choices, especially with the loonie not doing so hot against the US dollar. Lower shipping costs would definitely make us Canucks happier to keep shopping on your site, without getting hit with those sky-high shipping charges.
T-shirts, sweatshirts, and clothes
I've been shopping online for at least 3 years and I never have any problems with my orders. My whole fam loves the t-shirts, sweatshirts, and clothes in general. They're great quality and true to size.
Split order, half completed
I just bought some stuff from this website, but only half of it actually went through. The good thing is the customer service team got in touch with me real quick to let me know about the problem. They said the other half of my order would be on its way soon. I also asked for a refund for the service charges 'cause I didn't get my full order as expected.
gift for Capri Djatiasmoro
The auto response email I got after I placed my order was all messed up. It was for the person getting the package, not me who actually bought it. The tracking email was okay, but having the price on there totally spoiled the surprise. I'm not happy with how careless they were with the little details.
