Man, I gotta tell ya, the tech dude I chatted with was super nice and really knew his stuff (even though he was clearly reading off a script). I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this guy David (#GLD751) was awesome. He really helped me out, listened to my issue, and fixed it like a pro. Big shoutout to David, he deserves a raise or some recognition for his top-notch service!

As a Canadian customer, I totally get how annoying it can be when you're trying to buy stuff from websites outside of Canada and the shipping costs are through the roof. Like, everything else went smoothly with the order, but those crazy shipping fees just kill the whole shopping buzz. It'd be awesome if there were some cheaper shipping choices, especially with the loonie not doing so hot against the US dollar. Lower shipping costs would definitely make us Canucks happier to keep shopping on your site, without getting hit with those sky-high shipping charges.

That was such a pleasant surprise, and I really value the excellent customer service. As a new Canadian customer, it's refreshing to see a company go the extra mile. My recent purchase from Ooma has been pretty disappointing, eh. The service keeps cutting out on me, which is super frustrating 'cause I need it for communicating. The voice quality on greetings and messages on the device is really bad, and that's not cool, ya know. The only good thing is that it works decently on my computer, but that doesn't make up for all the problems with the service. I like being able to check messages on my computer, but it doesn't make up for all the issues I have with Ooma, eh.

Ebags used to be really awesome, but lately they've been disappointing. I ordered a Christmas gift that was supposed to arrive by the 24th, but it's still stuck at the warehouse and now they keep pushing back the delivery date. I reached out to customer service and they mentioned shipping problems, but why guarantee Christmas delivery if they know it's not possible?? It's frustrating. I'm over companies that don't prioritize their customers!

I got the most adorable handbag from this store that was ethically made in India. The quality is amazing, and whenever I wear it, I feel so fancy!

The brow gel they sell here is okay, but it's way too sticky and gel-like for my liking. It would be much better if it was smoother and less gooey. On top of that, the shipping is painfully slow! I had to wait a whole three weeks for my order to even ship out because apparently they were short-staffed due to "covid." Like, seriously? If you need more staff, just hire them! Don't leave customers waiting so long just to save a few bucks. And let's not even start on the questionable people they associate with... it's really not a good look for the brand.
